The Very Nice lady called and said "your payment was rejected." Turned out, I lost my card and it was rejected because I had it replaced by the bank.
I'd lost that card and didn't realized that was the autopsy card.
Drove down there that afternoon. Payed the overdue bill and reset up autopay with the new card... All was good.

He understood how upset I was about what I went through. He explained in detail how something’s work. Brian as well as I reached out to storage treasures to get me back a refund for my bidder premium (what I thought was a sales tax) since they have yet to credit my account yet. Thank you for taking the time to speak to me this afternoon and offering to help me find a resolution.

I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage under Corlis’s management, and the experience was outstanding. Corlis was extremely helpful from start to finish—she took the time to walk me through unit sizes, helped me find one that fit both my needs and budget, and made sure I understood all the access hours and security features.
The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. Gate access works reliably, and everything is clearly labeled so I never got lost getting to my unit. The unit was exactly what was promised—dry, clean and safe.
On top of that, Corlis followed up to make sure I didn’t have any issues after move-in, and she was prompt and courteous anytime I called with questions. I appreciate that kind of personal attention—it makes a big difference.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this location under Corlis. Great value, excellent service, and peace of mind storing your stuff.

Marjory was an angel, we called the call center , they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and couldn’t answer a simple question. When they couldn’t solve the issue they would disconnect the call, they did it 5 times. The next morning Marjory called me , she solved all of the issues, was so professional and because of that we didn’t cancel the space. I was going to go with any of the other companies and there are a lot of them. But because of Marjory we stayed . I hope that the supervisors look at these reviews and reward her for doing such a great job. And that they listen to the call centers calls and see how they do not give customer service, they read a script like a robot and don’t listen to what the customer is saying . Again thanks Marjory

We went to a different storage place before we headed to Public Storage. They wanted almost $600 for two 10x20 with locks, insurance etc… we thanked the lady and left. My wife stopped at public storage and after speaking to the wonderful lady in the office she had a much bigger unit and it was way cheaper than one 10x20 at the other place. Needless to say we got the bigger one for the better price and honestly can’t thank the wonderful lady who helped us and answered all our questions. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Kelly was very helpful in showing me the unit I was interested in. When I saw it I wanted it immediately. Very clean and just what I needed. Public Storage is number 1 in my book. It was easy to rent a unit, they have friendly office staff on site within reasonable hours, and they are very communicative if you have any issues. A cozy parkinglot greets you with robust trees. Easily accessed from Wickham Road near the Eau Gallie Road intersection, you can't miss their bright orange, lighthouse-esque tower adjoining the front office space. I highly recommend this company and this location for any storage needs!
Such nice helpful people! I had reserved a unit too small and Kelly jumped in and got me a bigger unit on the other side of town. She saved the day and saved my life since it was the last one available. I had a terrible experience moving from a different state, but she made sure my furniture and belongings were going to be safe and found me the unit I needed that day! I appreciate all of your help, you turned what was a bad experience into a great one!
