I've been through SO much just in the last 5 months and the raising rent And monotone voicemails only triggered my paralyzing anxiety even more. Paying and trying to keep up with these payments while being raised and added late fees only made things harder. I finally talked to someone named jasmine today instead of a voicemail box and she gave me to complete explanation, rundown And my options. I was Finally able to take care of the balance by a stroke of luck and jasmine was right there to guide me with so much compassion and understanding but still a complete adidance of procedures and public storage regulations. She was so informative!! I was iffy before but she's absolutely, and single-handedly, restored my faith in this facility.

I just wanted to recognize Claudette at store #08044 in Margate on Copans Rd. for being so helpful to me with my move in process. Claudette is such a kind and wonderful individual who is so dedicated to her job she took her time to show me different size units to make sure I got the correct one I needed and explained the breakdown of what the cost is going to be to move in and even helped me pick out the correct lock to use because these units have different lock features that differ from other storage facilities I've used in the past. All and all everything was great and I had a very pleasant experience due to Claudette being the kind-hearted person she is. Thank you so much for everything...

I recently rented a storage unit from this Public Storage on 5150 W Copans Road, back on a Sunday, the 7th of April. When I got there I had the pleasure of speaking with and obtaining help from Kerrie. She is wonderful employee, very professional, knowledgeable and is someone who truly cares about her job and her customers. She went above and beyond to help me out during a very low point and a stressful time in my life!
I also want to give Noel a huge shout out as well. I just came by the storage facility to put some items inside my unit and I forgot Kerrie's name because it's been close to a month since I've had this unit. I described her and Noel helped me out tremendously. The second employee here that went above and beyond for me. He even waited patiently while I went through my text messages to find out the excat day I had received my unit.
In the past, I had never rented from Public Storage, due to their special lock that you have to purchase woth the rental (which put me off years ago because of this). However, this location in particular, at 5150 W Copans Road, truly has some remarkable, knowledgable, great customer service, dedicated and professional employees who genuinely care about their profession and the people they come into contact with daily. Which is a hard thing to come by this day and age! Thank you both very much! I truly appreciate you guys!

Tiffany, the property manager was beyond amazingly helpful, super patient, informative, and tentative. Tiffany is the only person you should be talking to about your storage needs. She made it painless and straightforward to reserve and find the right size unit for my family. I initially went in to get a 10 x 10 unit but with how friendly and easy the situation was and Tiffany's amazing customer service, i ended up going with a 10 x 25 size unit. The woman that works in the office, Tiffany, is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She has been EXTREMELY helpful in dealing with ANY issues or concerns that I have had. She ALWAYS makes sure to provide the best possible answer. The tenants at this location are absolute PIGS! EVERYDAY I am there, before Tiffany arrives to work, I find screws, glass, garbage, boxes, exc. by my unit. I have watched her NUMEROUS TIMES picking up after these PIGS! Was literally just price shopping to store my show car and had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany at the margate location. Never have I ever received customer service like I did today. Hands down you guys got yourself a A1 employee. She was amazing. Smiled the whole time. No awkwardness or pressure. Just a comfortable experience. Whatever she gets paid. Double it. Awesome customer service. I’ll be back to store my car here for sure.
Tiffany, the manager, is wonderful. She’s punctual, very attentive and details oriented. She was very courteous and she made our experience so easy and fast. She went through all the steps to make sure that we have a good experience. My mother and law and I were so happy to meet her and we will do business with Public storage once more!

Its been 9 yrs since I visited my storage items, life has been a roller-coaster ride for sure. Tiffany was a complete angel, patient with my inquiries and concerns.
