Customer service Is paramount and Nate has it in abundance. Safety security and kindness is what I'm looking for and Simmons public storage is amazing.

My Angel (that's her actual name) ALL THE WAY! Literally! she helped me soo much! At first, I was outside in my car because it was raining, trying to figure out why the Public Storage app didn't work. I was out there for at least 20 minutes and she came to my vehicle and asked if I needed help. Eventually I went inside and she started troubleshooting the problem. She updated the name on the account realizing there were mistakes made, and she was able to escalate my previous issue and get me compensation for it! ... It didn't stop there... after all of that I realized I lost my key to the unit!! So she gave me my options and the fastest was to drill it... which she supervised me and really helped me throughout the entire process. She truly was My Angel that day. I spent several hours at Public Storage but thank God she was there to help me! She deserves a raise!! Thanks My Angel!

I had someone coming to get 2 small items out of the unit the person did not show so the desk asked me if I wanted them to throw the stuff out I said yes please and thank you they told me they would and everything would be fine because I was out before the next payment. They lied. They are now trying to charge me for the month and a cleaning fee. For a small blow up mattress and a small suitcase. I WILL NEVET recommend you guys. NEVER USE THIS PEOPLE!!! U-HAUL IS BETTER THAN THEM.

It was a bit pricer than other locations which made me hesitant at first but let me tell you the extra monthly is SOO worth it. The facility is so clean and nice, i love that its all air conditioned. Its big, clean and very secure, the bathroom are even clean which i appreciate. John was very sweet and helpful, i appreciate the customer service. I would recommend this location over others in the area

Horrible experience! was greeted by a man named Mathew at the front desk who checked us out. Who proceeded to make us leave a review to benefit himself before checking us out, and made me pay for the following month because I was checking out on the first of the month instead of a day prior. Located in Kissimmee Florida located on John young parkway.

Very bad storm hit the storage 2 days ago then the next day a cold front hit which is what I assume made the entire building shut off the ac which also caused an insane amount of humidity and smelled like wet concrete to where I couldn’t even breath. I have a ridiculous amount of electronics that may have a risk of breaking over time if this continues.

On October 2, 2022 after a very strong storm my unit was liking and my boxes 📦 were soaking wet, I did have insurance but when I reported it, they never did anything about my items that got damaged. 2023-2024 another year but with 𝑪𝑶𝑪𝑲𝑹𝑶𝑨𝑪𝑯𝑬𝑺 I reported it and it got ok. 2025 𝑹𝑨𝑻𝑺 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀with 𝑭𝑬𝑪𝑬𝑺 (𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒑)💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 𝑼𝑹𝑰𝑵𝑬 (𝒑𝒆𝒆) ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ with a very 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐃𝐎𝐑 all over my boxes, items and house furniture, as well in the floor. 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, there’s more than one …. Also one rat 🐀 jump down to the floor from my boxes 📦 while we were taking all my items out of the storage. We spent 8 hours in an hazardous environment. We had to use N-95 masks 😷 buy disposable wipes, bleach, gloves 🧤 and other disinfectant products in able for us to be in contact with our personal items. ⛔️ 𝗥𝗔𝗧 𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗙 𝗜𝗡𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗧 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨⛔️ I called twice left a voicemail, speak with their new AI 🤖 smart screen for them to only provide me a contact number for no one to help. The two times I went to use this system the customer services lady’s were not pleasant at all. Now they are accusing me of being there past the open hours. The latest that I was there was 7:23 pm that I used my app through my phone. Someone that it wasn’t me use my access number and use the keypad at 9:13pm.
