Very bad storm hit the storage 2 days ago then the next day a cold front hit which is what I assume made the entire building shut off the ac which also caused an insane amount of humidity and smelled like wet concrete to where I couldn’t even breath. I have a ridiculous amount of electronics that may have a risk of breaking over time if this continues.
Byron took good care of us. Was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. This location is nice and clean.

I’ve been a customer since 12/19/2021.
After 2022 things went horribly bad.
On October 2, 2022 after a very strong storm my unit was liking and my boxes 📦 were soaking wet, I did have insurance but when I reported it, they never did anything about my items that got damaged.
2023-2024 another year but with 𝑪𝑶𝑪𝑲𝑹𝑶𝑨𝑪𝑯𝑬𝑺 I reported it and it got ok.
2025 𝑹𝑨𝑻𝑺 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀with 𝑭𝑬𝑪𝑬𝑺 (𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒑)💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 𝑼𝑹𝑰𝑵𝑬 (𝒑𝒆𝒆) ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ with a very 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐃𝐎𝐑 all over my boxes, items and house furniture, as well in the floor. 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, there’s more than one …. Also one rat 🐀 jump down to the floor from my boxes 📦 while we were taking all my items out of the storage.
We spent 8 hours in an hazardous environment.
We had to use N-95 masks 😷 buy disposable wipes, bleach, gloves 🧤 and other disinfectant products in able for us to be in contact with our personal items.

I called twice left a voicemail, speak with their new AI 🤖 smart screen for them to only provide me a contact number for no one to help. The two times I went to use this system the customer services lady’s were not pleasant at all.
Now they are accusing me of being there past the open hours. The latest that I was there was 7:23 pm that I used my app through my phone. Someone that it wasn’t me use my access number and use the keypad at 9:13pm. This people are not only neglectful but also sneaky!
