I had the best experience at Public Storage today. I stepped inside to get my access code and Jahaira helped me download the app to open the gate with my phone. When I got to my unit, the lock was rusted, she acted quickly, cutting and replacing the lock. After all of that, she noticed that my bicycle tires needed air and offered to fill them with her air compressor. Thank you Jahaira for being the best part of Public Storage.

This place is dirty 6 visits out of 10. They have rats that run from storage unit to unit chewing your collectibles or personal items. When you say something the lady says I was just up there and cleaned. Well if you was just up there and cleaned then you have a really bad infestation. And everyone in there are paying different prices . That's why I moved my stuff out of there. I even have video's of them running through the hall ways. And this a inside a/c unit next to a school. And let's talk about the school next door monday through friday dont get caught at your storage between 230 and 430 because the cars line up in front of the storage entrance to get out. And your stuck In there.

Stored my entire house here for two years while on international assignment. Absolutely excellent in every way. Clean, pest-free, dust-free facility. Evereything came back without dust or damage of any sort. Very friendly, helpful people. They just couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. After a long day of storage hunting we found this pubic storage and are we ever happy we happened on this place Gina who works there she is the light of the facility she has incredible customer service she was informative and she help us find the best unit that fit our situation for the best price available she also help us with any boxes and other this we needed to move she made a boring experience fun and that's why she deserves all her 5 stars.
Gina was amazing! She explain everything to us in great detail so we didn’t have any questions and she also helped us see the different unit sizes and even helped us find ours. If you ever come, definitely ask for her help.

Great place to store. I’ve been with them for years, and am most impressed with the staff! I ran into an issue one time with my billing, and a super nice girl named Stephanie came to my rescue stating she could probably have it dealt with in 48 hours, and less than 2 hours later called me back with the good news that it was all taken care of!!! GENUINELY IMPRESSED!! And through the years have ALWAYS been treated well and courteously by ALL the staff!!!🤙

Poor surveillance camera and alarm. Someone break in and stole from a lot of storage units. Other wise is ok. Employees give response for what to do about insurance.

I will never store my belongings at this location again! Elevator never works, main doors are always broken, bad customer service in the office ever since Jeff left. The employees are always late never on time. They had many break ins in the last 6 months and they found out it was another employee from a different location. These are the reasons why I would never store my things here again. Management or district won't do anything about it!

Worst storage place. You can never access your storage unit, we've been here multiple times during business hours and the gates are locked. We can't even get our stuff out. The carts are never available to use, they say the keys are lost or never were returned. Horrible customer service, no one returns calls or emails.

Well I'm a bit of a storage unit collector. I rent out units and stand in them and just breathe its very relaxing to me. I came into this facility and fell in love with the units. The friendly staff is also a plus . My favorite staff member is Lacey. She is always so nice and respectful! I would totally recommend this facility to other people ~Skip

This location is pretty popular. They keep a clean and organized office and a very well kept up storage area. Suhey and Lacey are great managers. My favorite was Lacey, she stays calm in hectic situations and ensures the customers are taken care of above and beyond. The new automated sign up tablets are awesome and better the filling out paperwork that takes forever. I would totally recommend this storage facility to anyone needing a storage unit and wants amazing customer service!!!! Remember to ask for Lacey!!!

Friendly and good a job
My unit is up to date on payment. These idiots still cut my lock and put theirs on and didn't advise me of this. I called to inform them and ask why? They said they couldn't do anything about it, it's not their problem. I suggest you go to U Haul for your storage needs. You sure won't have to worry about these types of idiots there.

Called Public Storage today spoke to the call center made a reservation for a drive up unit in Kissimmee after 20 minutes on the phone hang up a person from Kissimmee call me directly and tells us that they do not have that type of unit even available the company has no idea what the left and right hand are doing now they have cost us time and money on moving day BEWARE

Suhey or how ever you spell her name very rude hung up phone as I was trying to explain something to her about my bill. It took me calling back to back to contact them back after receiving a call and then for an employee to treat a client the way she did not only rude but unprofessional. Also after I called and left a message that a manger needed to contact me before close it seems she had turned the phones off at 445 as it went straight to voicemail. I will be removing my property and ask anyone not to use this facility as this lady does not know how to conduct her self as a professional nor should she be allowed to answer nor call anyone's phone. I will be waiting to hear from corporate tomorrow as I will file a complaint this is not the first time I have had an issue with this woman child. Not satisfied at all and hope all my belongings are still there and safe..... Still have yet to receive a call from management I am not happy at all with this storage or corporate has yet to address the issue. Will never tell anyone to use this facility

Amazing service from Jorge, he really made me feel welcome ! If it wasn't for him, he always calls me to remind me to make my payment to avoid a late fee. Employees make you feel like family. Just vacated my unit and I'm really satisfied with their service.
I walk in on a Saturday afternoon and I fully understand young lady at counter was with a gentleman taking care of his needs so I didn't expect her to help me at the same time but DAMN 10 minutes past and you can't even acknowlege that I'm there waiting. At least a hello sir I will be with you when I'm done or Hi be with you in a moment or AT LEAST HOLA. I am not asking for VIP treatment but I hate to be ignored like nobody walked in. Seriously you are not the only storage in town. If you are having a bad day which all of us can have check it at the door before you start working.

Did a lot of research and picked this location due to convenience. Reserved the storage space and checked in with Monique. Monique was fantastic, informative, and personable. Only complaint, two employees made me feel like I had to purchase a disk lock from Public Storage and went as far as calling the manager to get permission for me to use my own disk lock. Bought two high quality disk locks for less than what Public Storage was selling theirs for - sales strategy - I don't know, but other than that great customer service :)

Allison was amazing she turned a stressful move day into an easy and hassle free experience. She was knowledgeable about the location, the rates they offered and services the company provided. She explained the insurance and automatic payment clearly and the lease agreement. The location was/is very clean. The units were all clean she showed us two and both were immaculate. My wife and I had a great experience using Public Storage on John Young Parkway in Kissimmee, FL. The management maintains the property very well and often inspects the units for security and lock positioning. One day I left the unit in a rush and failed to properly lock the door. Shortly after a management inspection, I was notified to come down to re-secure the lock. This is wonderful customer service! They are customer centered and maintain the property nicely. I always felt that my things were safe in the year that we used storage. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!
