We had the pleasure of Kim Simmons at the 5751 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl 32207, to help with my storage unit needs. I originally set up a unit on line for the 8523 Baymeadows Rd. Jacksonville, Fl 32216, and was not pleased with the facility and there was not a person there to help with any if my needs/changes. Ms Kim was amazing and very helpful in doing a transfer from one location to the Beach Blvd location. She was paitent and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location, and Ms Kim to anyone in need of a storage unit!!
