I rented a unit online. When I show up they don’t have the unit available but promise to give me a larger unit for the same price. Now for the last 6 months the price gets higher and higher. Every time I try to get it straightened out I get the same excuse. “The manager isn’t available right now to fix it” so if I wait to speak to the manager they tack on late fees. Over this place will be going through the trouble of moving my belongings and will never rent from this place again.
We recently moved and couldn't take everything with us at the time so storage was best so we did not have to worry about people get in there hands on our things now what we have left is safe and we can rest easy ..thank u self storage and Holli the employee who runs the business , thank you
