The facility is immaculate and easy to get into and out of and feels very secure, Alisha was very helpful setting up my account and walked me through the facility and took her time explaining everything.

John was the greatest person that I've met in my entire day in my entire existence he is one that makes this company stand out.

My Storage Units Davenport is Great! Staff is always wonderful, actually in the office, answers the phone & the center is clean, with cold water in the fridge 💖 This is one of the best & coolest storage units I’ve ever had 🥰

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m writing this review after initially having a very frustrating experience when the property transitioned to Public Storage. There were several changes made, including access hours and gate code issues, which unfortunately left me stuck outside with my truck. It was a very stressful situation. However, everything turned around after I reached out for help. I received a call from Ms. Traci, the District Manager, and she took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I explained how much I liked this location—it’s clean, safe, shaded, and conveniently located just a few miles from I-4. Ms. Traci went above and beyond to resolve my issues quickly and professionally. She made the entire process smooth and turned a negative situation into a very positive one. Her customer service and dedication are outstanding. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the Davenport, Florida area. And if you ever need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out—Ms. Traci is one of the best and truly cares about her customers. Thank you again, Ms. Traci. I really appreciate your help!

Not too happy with this storage place\n It used to be another company. They sold it and they took out all the privileges that the customer had when it comes to going in. And out your storage, 24 hours.

I recently needed to different storage unit because my current units price increase by 35%. I stumbled upon Your Storage Units on Ronald Reagan Parkway. It was a beautiful new facility and their agents Julio and Fabi were so helpful answering all my questions. I was able to book a 5 x 10 unit for a year at a rate that was a lot lower than what I would have been paying at my previous site. If you're looking for a storage unit, I would highly recommend this facilty.

I’ve had such a great experience at "Your Storage Units Davenport!" The place is super clean, easy to get to, and very secure, which makes me feel really comfortable keeping my things here. The staff are amazing, patient, and always willing to help with anything I need. Moving and storing can be stressful, but they made the whole process simple and worry free. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re taken care of. If you need storage in Davenport, this is definitely the place to go!
