Excellent customer service from Tara.

First, this is a beautiful facility. Very well kept, clean, and convenient. Sadly, it was recently acquired by Public Storage - who immediately raised our storage rental rate 40%!!! I do not want to move everything out, so will have to pay the increased amount. I hope Public Storage keeps it up as well as the original owners, it's just a shame they came in and took existing customers to the cleaners, as corporate takeovers do. Struggled with the rating - 5 stars for the facility and previous management, 1 star for Public Storage - averaged out to 3. 😥

This is the nicest storage place I’ve ever been to. The manager, Tara, was very professional and explained everything. I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed, so she showed 4 different sizes and they all air conditioning. I highly recommend this place!

Disclaimer: My Original review was for Your Storage Unit Clermont in July 2025. Allegedly it was switched over recently (2026) to Public Storage without any prior notice to me. So, I don't have a review for PUBLIC STORAGE JUST YET! First-Time Renter with YOUR STORAGE UNIT CLERMONT– Highly Recommend This Facility! This was my first time renting a storage unit, so I did quite a bit of research and called around to multiple facilities. I ultimately chose this one because of the helpful and informative phone conversation I had with Tiffany, and the competitive pricing didn’t hurt either! I decided to visit the facility in person, and Noe was the first to greet me. He provided great customer service, showing me a few units so I could get a visual idea of the space, which was super helpful while I waited to speak to Tiffany. Tiffany continued to stand out. From our phone call to meeting her in person, she provided TOP-TIER customer service. She was transparent, thorough, and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Her professionalism and genuine care throughout the process made a lasting impression. It didn't feel rushed and I appreciate that. When I did my initial research there were so many raving reviews about Tiffany and now I know why! This level of customer service should honestly be studied, it’s that good! So far, my experience has been great, and I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in need of storage!

Tiffany was excellent in providing all of the information I was asking for and she was so kind. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills and really works with you on getting the best deal for your money. The storage facility was very clean too. I would definitely recommend using this company for your storage needs! Updated 2/21/26: I went into the store today to inquire about the recent change in ownership to the Public Storage Company and was greeted by Tara who was so kind and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and even helped me fill out the new paperwork that was required right there on site. I will miss seeing Tiffany, but I felt at ease knowing that Tara will be just as great as Tiffany since she already demonstrated excellent customer service skills and is also knowledgeable in the brand. I wish Tiffany success wherever she went, but I also am happy we have Tara and I think she is going to do well and make the customers very happy! As always, the storage facility has been kept extremely clean and it's still easy to access. There were no changes to our locks and we can still enter inside without any issues. I would still recommend this storage facility. I have been there now 6 months and all has went well for me. Thanks again Tara, for all of your help! It was a pleasure to meet you!

New ownership as of 2.11.2026 to public storage. Not communicated. Currently sitting locked out of the facility while my work crew is sitting on the clock not working. Tiffany is gone, and so too apparently is the customer service. No emergency phone to call, all call boxes are not working, text access does nothing, manager doesn't answer calls. Im finding a new place these guys dont care about thier customers.

I recently got a storage from Public storage and had a fantastic experience! The facility was clean, well-lit, and I felt my belongings were very secure. What really made the difference, though, was the outstanding customer service. Tara, in particular, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She patiently answered all my questions, guided me through the rental process, and even helped me find the perfect unit size for my needs. Thanks to Tara and the team at Public storage, my storage experience was stress-free and easy. I highly recommend them!

One of the best storage locations I have ever used! They keep everything very clean and organized. From the first day I called for a quote—moving from Indiana to Clermont in July 2025—until the last day I moved my things out in December 2025, Tifany (Manager) was professional yet fun to talk to. She made the sign-up process so easy I didn’t even need to look at the site. Once I moved in and met her, I realized she’s such a charming and outgoing person. I was in a total panic after another storage place completely failed me — they didn’t answer the phone, no one was on-site during business hours, and I was left stranded with my reservation. Thankfully, I found this location and Tiffany picked up right away with the warmest, most helpful energy. She immediately put me at ease, gave me a tour of the most beautiful, clean, and modern storage facility I’ve ever seen, and made the whole process so easy. Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She provided clear information, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process so easy. The facility itself is spotless and very convenient to access. I also appreciate that they offer discounts for first responders....being a nurse, it truly means a lot to feel valued and recognized. The lobby is well-stocked with essentials you might need, plus there’s a free coffee station and cold water available in the fridge. Their app is another great perk—it makes accessing the drive-thru hallway and my unit simple and stress-free. Tiffany went above and beyond by walking me through the app, explaining everything thoroughly, and even guiding me all the way to my unit with my new passcode. She definitely deserves a bonus for her outstanding service! I highly recommend this place, not only for the excellent service but also for offering some of the best prices in town.

Unit Quality: My storage unit was spotless upon move-in, dry, and in excellent condition. The doors open and close easily, and the lock system is sturdy. They also offer climate-controlled units, which is perfect if you’re storing furniture, electronics, or anything sensitive to temperature or humidity.

Working with both Tiffany and Noe has been a pleasure. As soon as I submitted my inquiry my phone was ringing with a call from Noe telling me I can stop by tomorrow to take a look at the unit. I met with Tiffany and she got me all squared away quickly.
