Had a great experience renting here. I got a unit at the beginning of the month. The first day I went in Lily and Ashley were both there. They were so nice that I decided to rent here. Lily was especially helpful the next day with the rental process.

This is a edit to a old review in which * wrote in anger . The people at public storage are fare . Thursday got a phone call from the manager telling me that the person who bought my unit the card was declined and didn't show up. So she said to come get my stuff . Thank you . When this place was 365 Storage the upkeep was much better. Now the property is often trashed, and there are hypodermic needles thrown out in the main parking area... Biohazard policy one would think would dictate these be removed for public safety. All and all when this was 365 I gave them 5 stars, now just one.

When this was 365 storage it was nicely kept. Since becoming Public storage the gate seems not to work most of the time, everything is trashed in the parking lot, people are leaving needles all over the parking lot in plan sight. The only plus so far is that no one is breaking into the units that I have heard of.

I parked inside of the back gate where you have to put your code to get inside ,& my car got stolen I was there for 6,7 mins the guy came from inside the building he was wearing a mask & walking around inside before hand too, they have 2 levels but only provide 2 carts which are never available, there is a bunch of shady characters always walking around inside & out side ,they don't it secure at all,front gate is open all the time ,it's been busted off side gate is messed up,you can walk right thru it. Thumbs down 👎 I moved the hell out of there do not recommend .

This place has gone way down hill. Never any carts available, difficult to get your stuff into the building. They allow homeless people to roam the hallways at night, even more so thanks to the missing fence around the building. Now they’re locking the doors at 5pm... I’m moving for a last second deployment, and I’m waisting time playing their stupid games. I literally had to carry a two bedroom appt one box at a time up stairs, down hallways, up an elevator, up another ramp because they only have 2 carts for everyone to share. Stay away from this place. Since rebranding names they are absolute trash.

These guys are great they're very helpful efficient and fast they made sure they met all my needs with excellent customer service I give you guys a 10 Update that review was done when it was Storage 365. It started out nice bit eventually turned out to be hell. My storage was robbed and one of the managers came on to me. I was kicked out and then locked out of my storage during after business hours which made it impossible to get my stuff out bc I work those hours as well. Then Public Storage took it over and started charging me rent again and locked me out completely for past due bill when I wasn't even supposed to be getting billed. This is not the first time Public Storage has screwed me. It's the third time. Public storage (all of them) is a joke. They are theives and practice unfair and shady business

Constantly messing up peoples payments and overcharging them, screwing up account i fo so its almost impossible to pay Locking/auctioning units for absolutely no reason. Literally 0 stars

The new manager Jordan is professional and goes above and beyond in tens of professionalism to every customer and potential customers alike. I love the way he treats puerile with honesty, fairness, prompt responses to voicemail, messages and in person questions or problems. He called me with reminders of rent and he worked with me when money was not right and he keeps the building cleaner than it used to be kept under prior Managment/ownership! I look normal but I’m severely disabled and he always treats me like I’m normal. It’s one of the best places to go for me when I’m down if he’s there because he doesn’t treat me different and as though I’m an annoyance like most others do because of my traumatic brain injury’s and subsequent disability’s resulting from them both. He even followed federal law and Colorado states revised laws regarding me b being able to take my life saving service dog in with me! I will likely die if I have a seizure-narcolepsy episode and hit my head, which is very likely without Sadie, my service dog, with me! Even after telling employees this info, and with my dog acting perfectly as a service dog should, and paying attention to me I have had three other storage places break the law. They include the storage place on 8th Street by library, earlier Managment here before new ownership and name change, & “public storage” on Tomah rd breaks the law and double locked my husband’s storage unit to punish him even though I RISKed my Life by following their illegal (& immoral) deadly and uncaring demand to tie her off property to get needed items from our storage! I explained she is federal ADA trained to save my life and helps me manage impossible/deadly/depressing symptom’s that are constant and is near me at all times since she’s 1st to know seizures are coming!

How long do you keep the video from your security cameras?

If i could give more than 5 stars i would. These guys are great. The guts who work here are professional and friendly. They gave me a great deal and even extended my gate time so i had time to move at last minute.

Just purchased a unit and I've had a great experience thus far. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and well maintained.

We rented a unit here when it was CubeSmart. Our unit was sold to this awful company, who immediately raised rates and the late fee. We're paying 40% higher than our original rate. The quality of the building and premises has also plummeted since this company took over. We'll be getting our stuff out as soon as possible, and you should avoid this company at all costs. There are tons of obviously fake employee reviews here to artificially inflate their star rating.

I was greeted promptly, warmly and all my questions were answered. I had an opportunity to tour the facility with the Store manager (Chanel). It appeared well maintained, secure and incredibly clean for self storage. Looking forward to a great relationship here.

I didn't particularly like it as I didn't think the storage bins were very secure. The ceiling in each storage unit is open and I felt if I were to stack my items to the top of the unit, it would become very easy for anyone in any of the adjacent units to reach over and take what they wanted from my unit. They should put fencing or a ceiling at the top of each unit, like other storage facilities do. After all, you are storing your items to be safe from others. Also, the building does not appear that secure as I was able to walk in from off the street with the option of going anywhere in the building I wanted. There was no one in site for one hour as I waited inside the building for a sales.person. There were no coded security doors that I experienced. I just walked in from off the street and waited for an hour for someone to show up. The only plus point was that the sales rep was very friendly and helpful and appeared to be a hard working person. Plus the place was spiffy new and clean.

Since I been at cubesmart over a year now. I seen Chanel do her work and help people as much as she can. She is a good person and a loving friend, Im happy that she works so hard at her job she cleans a lot she keeps the place nice she makes sure the papers work filed and if someone loses their keys she cuts the locks for them I have two locks cut because I have lost my key.

What great staff and service! After storing my items elsewhere—and having them covered in dust—I’m excited to have moved my things to this clean, climate-controlled facility.

Kelly made everything so easy for us. He took his time helping us determine which unit would best fit our needs. The storage unit was very clean when we started moving our stuff in. The hours that CubeSmart are available for me to store additional items or retrieve something from storage are very generous. I will certainly recommend CubeSmart to any of my friends who may need their service in the future.

The only thing I have a complaint about is the price of the lock I needed for my unit. I feel like the company took advantage of the fact that there are no other options close by to buy a decent lock at a decent price. I have a storage unit in Phoenix and I think I paid like $8 for the same lock. But overall they're great, very pleasant and friendly.

MY move in was amazing. The first month was free and I just had to come in show my ID and documents of renters insurance and was able to move in same day. Not to mention it was a very fast process and I even had the option to reserve online. My move out was equally amazing. I moved all my things out and was able to call and tell them I moved out instead of coming in. My move out confirmation documents was sent and I didn’t even have to go in office !! Overall good service . Always answered the phone when I called and had very good phone etiquette. If I need a storage unit I’m coming back to this location only !!

I found out about this place by winning a storage auction. Moments after I won the auction I received a phone call from one of the staff members Kelly, who was just so friendly and very easy to talk to. I truly was amazed by the customer service. When I went in the office I met with the manager who once again was amazing with her friendliness and politeness. They made the process easy and made my visit welcoming. The message on the automated system stated that CubeSmart was the best in customer service and I am a true believer that they definitely meet and exceed that standard of exellentcy. Lindsay M.

General Manager was attentive. Unlike less educated reviewers, I understand that businesses cannot help when being interrupted by outside events, i.e. FEDEX, UPS, USPS. Chanel persevered through our interruptions with grace and poise. She apologized profusely, even when other customers kept trying to interrupt us. I guess I came in at a hectic time when she was working alone. Nonetheless, the facility is pristine inside. Bathrooms are kept up, facility clean and tidy, and the office has a welcoming feeling. the person assisting us did a poor job of customer service and was only concerned with the sale. We came in prior to 2 other people and the fedex guy and the lady helpedd the other people prior to us, putting us to the side each time.

I had a reservation but it was not honored by the Representative. He qouted me over 60.00 for. 5x5. I hate it when I feel RACIST vibes. I really appreciate excellent customer service. I heard him ask the person of his same RACE to give him a rating on this very platform. No he did not mention that option to me. Interesting.

The people are wonderful. Chanel and Kelly are the best. They keep the place clean and organized. The problem is that the owner has trash, electrical problems and locks the restrooms because of the homeless population. The owner expects his staff to ward off the homeless stop the people from overnight sleeping in the facility and clean up the mouns of filth behind the place. There have been fires and vandalism. The owner has been offered free security for use of a bathroom key but has refused. The city is getting ready to fine the owner for the infractions.The workets are somewhat leary of what retaliation the homeless population might do. This owner is giving CUBE SMART a bad reputation

General Manager Chanel Friel is one of the best managers I have ever seen. She went above and beyond to ensure me and my wife were taken care of in a very fast, friendly, and professional manner. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional, patient, and pays strict attention to detail. She is also very fast and had us an assigned cubicle within minutes! The facility is very clean and well maintained. Her professionalism was instrumental in us selecting CUBESMART instead of another storage facility that was right across the street. I can tell she really loves her job and likes working with people. She is the very best!

The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpfull. The have carts to help move stuff to your unit and loading ramps for both regular and larger size vehicles. Handicapp access ramps front and on side for after hours with key code access. Its nice not storing in an outside unit but they do have those as well. You can store bikes as long as drained and titled/registered etc. Cameras and motion sensitive lights throughout the place makes its nice for the feels. Ride safe Kg

MILITARY FRIENDLY!! If you are moving to Fort Carson or any other Military Base, they will work with you. I drove from Kansas and I did not made it before closing time and these guys showed up after hours and opened their office just for my wife and I. Professional staff through and through, excellent installations and affordable prices. They also have dollies to help you move your stuff easier and they also have an elevator.

Recommend Cube Smart for all your storage needs. Branch new facility on East Pikes Peak. Staff is very courteous and helpful and has been very quick to respond anytime I had any questions or needed to reach them. Although I am storing Household Goods there and its quite a bit out of my way, their reasonable rates and the cleanliness of the facility made it worth going out of my way.

While the monthly price is high, the customer service alone makes it worth it. They have worked with us on getting the bill caught up and even let us get important documents out despite it being locked. This CubeSmart on Pikes Peak and Academy has got to be one of the cleanest nicest storage units I have seen to this day. Customer service representatives in the main office at this location are outstanding not once have I caught them out of the office. There is always somebody there. When I was first inquiring about a storage unit they took out the time to take me around and just show me the place. Showed me several different units and options answered every single question I threw their way I was so impressed I rented a unit. There's a security gate, security codes in order to get into the place there's cameras everywhere you look including inside as well. the bathrooms are especially clean! I love the fact that I can go in there knowing how clean and shiny it is. We all know those horrible bathrooms in restaurants and in businesses but this one you can safely use. I definitely give this CubeSmart a 5+

I was impressed with the professionalism of your manager that I met with the week before I actually rented a unit, just to get prices and availability. She was very informative and even showed me a unit the size that I needed. When I came in on May 18th to finalize the unit, the young man was very helpful and even helped me take some items up to the unit to store and showed me how to work the lock.

I'm terrible with names but the woman that helped me yesterday was awesome I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes and she helped me find the best size unit for my things Thank you CubeSmart y'all have made this journey easier to get through🙏💜

Bad people skills

The beginning was very cool and professional. A few days in ,and the were accusations flying around,spread by second hand knowledge. Possible law suits could stem from this incident. I have never been so offended in my life. I hope to have better dealings in the future.

Do not rent here or any Cube smart. My tv was stolen from the unit there and they told me there’s nothing they can do I had insurance and still they said nothing they can do to refund me or replace my tv

I really like this place. Not only were they cheaper than a lot of other places in Colorado Springs, but it is also inside and climate controlled! It really nice being able to load your stuff onto some carts and taking it up the elevator they have and not having to worry about your stuff, even if your out of the country. What’s even better is they have bathrooms that really clean! Awesome staff, awesome place!

Prices are ok compared to the area. A lot of the spots are time consuming to get to.

Chanele is always so friendly and awesome! She is incredibly personable. I definately think that she as some of the best customer service I have ever seen. She even remembers my name when I come in! She definately deserves a pay raise!

Nice storage units, clean and well kept. They're quick to fix problems which was nice. Only con: They don't prorate nor do they have a customer trash bin. Biggest Pro: They treat their customers first class style. Amazingly fantastic customer service!

OMG Chanel is a amazing woman! Not often does a person make a good impact on you, but is responsible and caring as well. She made the entire experience fun and joyful, while dealing with insane individuals who will remain anonymous. LOL I'm genuinely grateful that I was able to find this place and also the staff who were very helpful. I fully recommend that someone should think about this location for their storage needs. Just make sure you ask for a full bottle of water lol P.S. Should have gotten a smaller unit, because is bigger than I expected.

This establishment is great for storaging your property. It is climate controlled, high up from the ground, has motion detection cameras, and it is kept extremely clean. The person at the front desk was super helpful, and they take good care of service members by way of discounting their services. I would definitely recommend this CubeSmart location to anyone who needs additional stotage.

Excellent service, clean environment.

I needed storage quick because of a pending deployment. My wife and I chose CubeSmart based off of location and the reviews. Being new to the storage thing, I had a lot of questions. The general manager Brian was very helpful and had no problem answering all questions, explaining and showing us everything we needed. The site itself is very professional, clean, new and SECURE!. Only thing is it’s not 24hr access but in my opinion is a a good thing. But if you need to access your unit after hours you can ask them and they will work with you! A big plus also is he wide hallways and a loading dock you can pull either a Uhaul or a semi truck up to!

Cube smart self storage is the best. This is a new facility that is probably the best climate controlled self storage facility in the area. I highly recommend them. Their staff is very friendly and will do everything within their power to help both new and existing customers. Great!

Brian was very professional and gave me all the information I needed as well as setting up autopay for the time I’m deployed to the time I get back. He made my experience worry-free, he asked all the right questions and tailored my answers to what I was looking for. It’s no wonder he is the manager! I’ll be expecting the moving vehicles to be available come move-out, Brian!

My experience at CubeSmart self storage was great! Upon arrival, I was greeted at the front door by a friendly staff member, Chanel, who in turn walked with me to the office where I also was greeted by Brian. Both staff members were professional and energetic and provided quite a few storage options that were reasonably priced! In addition, I liked the fact that CubeSmart had courtesy rolling carrying carts to use which allowed me to move more items at a time! Being a newly opened facility, you should expect a few minor things that could be improved such as, the ramp entry door being elevated which caused some effort to roll the cart through the entry door. If you're looking for a clean climate controlled storage service with large freight-size elevators and rest rooms on each floor then this is your place for storage!
