We've had our unit at Briarwood for about 9 years. Grace is the reason we've stayed there and will ALWAYS stay there! We've finally downgraded because the kiddos are getting older and one is moving out of the house so he is taking things for his new apartment. My family and I stored all our personal items with this storage. We used the space for nearly a year. Grace was always friendly with us. However my husband followed all the directions she gave him to clean out the storage and was told to allow her to see that the storage was cleaned out after he finished moving. He did exactly that and called to let her know he was finished vacating the lot. She refused to answer her phone for over an hour and left him waiting around, creating time issue for our schedule. Not only did she waste our time when she finally arrived she verbally assaulted him and our friends who helped move for some unexplained reason and threatened to call the cops for reasons she herself could not explain. We were nothing but polite with her and followed all her directions exactly as she asked. Grace is helpful most of the time but beware that there’s a possibility she will randomly verbally assault you, and threaten to call the police out of no where for no reason at all.
Grace has great customer service, and is super helpful, and keeps the facility clean!

When I first thought of opening a storage unit with public storage, I called to put it on hold because of the weather conditions. Grace the manager called me back and gave me some extra time to reserve the unit which I thought was so sweet of her, she made me feel very comfortable and not to worry about anything at all. the prices was good, but the woman who manages it , is nosy, rude, and very judgemental. she called the police on me for asking her to open the door and talk with me when I came to my storage unit I didn't know the code and my boyfriend was there but couldn't get a hold of him. then she was always moving around my unit when I was there. I brought a suitcase to put in storage she called me homeless and then when I came to pick up my stuff and move out she said oh I thought you were in jail cause I was late paying my fee. I just think she has no right to be judging anyone.
Grace was kind, informative and quirky too. She made my experience clear, fast and easy which anyone would love. I will say that gate was a little possessed but everything was awesome thank you Grace - DUB

I had an awful experience with Grace, the front office person. She wasn't there during office hours and didn't answer the phone when called. When she finally came back she was FULL of serious attitude. I'm not sure if she just had a bad day or what, but she was horrendously rude and less than helpful when we asked questions. Get a new job, lady. You obviously hate people and doing your job. We were more than nice to her even though she acted like it was pure torture to do what her job requires of her.
I love my public storage unit, it is located very convenient location in centennial, very easy access to 470, Parker road and Arapahoe road. The manager Grace is super nice, she always helps me finding solutions when I go to her. Grace is truly a gem and keeper for PS.
Grace and Janessa are always ready to help anytime I have questions about payments or anything.

I have originally given this facility, a one star rating because I perceived a sort of harness coming from the young lady that works the front desk due to her constantly bickering at me as I would walk on the outer limit of the facility and sometimes stepping onto the facilities grounds While walking, my dog was put off by. She seemed to always be present night or day when I’m walking my dog and it was like she was looking out for me, but no that wasn’t the case at all, but the case is that she was protecting her customers.
So I decided to go ahead and give Public Storage a chance at That looks a lot cleaner, redemption, and I have come across the understanding that I had jumped to a pretty critical conclusion, way too fast without doing diligent research. It turns out that the lady at the desk you know the one that’s always telling me that I’m trespassing when I’m walking my dog she was actually protecting the place and doing the damn job at she has 24 hours surveillance on ground and she doesn’t recognize to be a client there. She immediately jumps on which is now that I think about it a good thing simply because there’s been plenty of burglaries and other facilities gain access to the facility and not belong there only to have the ability to steal or access to property that isn’t there. Do you know the people I’m talking about the tweakers? They’re all over the place here in Colorado for some reason. It’s like you guys have managed to honor the market on it event and she was very, very helpful and changing my opinion of the facility itself so please, no one thing I am not getting paid to endorse this facility nor am I getting any type of favorable action he still comes off a little gruff but you sit down and talk to her for a few minutes. Speak with her. She was very caring and sort of kind away, but caring she even went so far so welcome me into her Public Storage family… I’m not sure if she knows who I am if she remembers me walking with my dog but on the daily basis and she probably why she so nice. I’m glad to speak with her modify reading to not only a four star, but a five star having a bulldog at the front door not a bulldog but having a fiery personality at the front door will prevent many people coming in, especially when they realize that there’s actually someone there doing their job to protect the customer!

I have been a tenant under Grace for some time now, and I can't express how fortunate I am to have her as my landlord and friend. Grace always goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are taken care of. Whether it's checking on my bill, checking on my unit, addressing concerns, or simply checking in to ensure everything is okay, she truly sets the standard for what a landlord should be. Her level of care and attention makes using Public Storage at Briarwood an absolute pleasure, and it's clear she takes pride in her work.
As for storage options, I have had nothing but great experiences with Public Storage, managed by Grace. Compared to other storage facilities, Public Storage offers the perfect combination of affordability, convenience, and security. The units are always clean and well-maintained, and the customer service is top-notch. Grace is always available if you need assistance or have any questions, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind. I highly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free storage solution. You simply won’t find this level of service anywhere else!
Storage unit had a broken door, Public Storage asked for a key to repair the unit (which we gave them) and “coincidentally” our unit was robbed while they had a key. Cameras didn’t work and gate / door security was not functioning so there was no security evidence to provide the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Department. They refused to even credit a month of rent for a unit that was robbed (they actually tried to sell me a new lock!). Public Storage would not help at all after our property was stolen from their storage unit and told us to file a claim with our insurance (they said we should have bought THEIR insurance policy and could not help us). We tried to escalate to a regional VP with no luck. Public Storage is NOT secure and not helpful if you have a problem. Avoid it at all costs!
Police reports are on file - Public Storage keeps trying to hide these incidents (more than one…). They tried to get Google to remove my review so I’m reposting again for visibility.
Firstly, Grace is an absolute delight to work with. My spouse and I are moving overseas and have specific storage needs that I've been dreading figuring out. Grace made it a breeze, had solutions and suggestions that saved my wife and I a bunch of headaches. The facilities are very clean, secure, and air conditioned perfectly. Couldn't suggest this location more, absolutely A+ storage and staff!

Grace provided over the top customer service. Good customer service is hard to find, let alone over the top. She went above and beyond to help my family during a very difficult time. She was willing to walk around her storage spaces and show me available units, so I could find one that was best for me in cost and access. She knows each of her customers and it is easy to see that she truly cares about each of them. Needing a storage unit isn't always for pleasant things going on in someone's life and she showed empathy. She offered me a cart to make it easier for me to move into my unit and offered cold water when I was finished. Grace is an employee that everyone wants to have on her team. Grace is the manager here & does an awesome job. She is kind, does what she can to help you out, keeps the property very clean. However, she needs a day off, too. I called on Sunday in Feb to see how long the gates would be open. He told me he didn't know but that I could drive over there and put in my code after office hours, and if gates open, then it would be 9pm. Then I would have my answer. I could not believe what I was hearing. Thankfully they have Grace fulltime.
This was, by far, the best Public Storage experience we've ever had, and we've rented a lot of storage units over the years.
What made it the best experience for us was Grace, the owner. She provided exceptional customer service and was very professional and attentive. What really stood out was how much she cared about us, meeting our needs, and finding us the best deal possible.
We were able to rent the exact unit size and access we wanted and got it for an incredible price. She made every step of the contract clear so that we totally understood what choices we had, what we were signing, and paying for.
We will be coming back here for any future storage needs and will be referring friends and family as well!

The manager (Gracie) was so wonderful and helpful to work with and took extra time to make sure our unloading experience was as easy as possible. They prorated my rent to move in for the extra days but when I moved out 10 days early there was no credit also bill went up 15$ 2 months ago without my knowledge I do not recommend public storage and will not ever recommend to anyone

I am extremely pleased with Public storage, and especially with the general manager, Grace. If few days ago in the process of looking for a unit to house some items while I'm in transition of moving from one place to another I was in drastic need of storage immediately in the tech center area. After visiting another Public storage location in the area which drastically undershot not only my needs at the moment, but basic standards of human decency I gave it another shot and tried a secondary Public storage location in the area. To briefly touch on the experience at the first location which I'm sure you will agree is rather subpar I was told not only could my state issued and accepted at all government facilities, major corporations, and basically every single place I've ever used it at... Was not acceptable by them, I was also told my roommate was not allowed to rent from them also, even though she had not only a digital ID but a hard copy of Colorado state driver's license that was currently not expired, but also a passport.. as I recall the exact term that the general manager used was that we needed to "mosey on down the road". And absolutely appalling behavior and stance for any business to take in my opinion, and that's coming from a small business owner of over 20 years in the Denver metro area. To finalize all I have to say concerning them is both myself and my roommate will be passing on all of the horrifying portions of that experience to all of our friends associates and colleagues and recommend that they pass that on as well in hopes that they can no longer torment innocent and upstanding members of society just trying to do business with other local companies in Denver.
Now to continue on.. my experience with this public storage has been the complete opposite. I wasn't able to get to the location until a few minutes before close, there was difficulties with the system in the details of my reservation that I booked online which I understand is completely out of the control of this location, and other random details the manager of this location by the name of Grace went above and beyond to make everything happen within 10 minutes of my arrival. I ended up getting a unit that was larger than the one that I had reserved for the same price, still got my first month for a dollar, and also was able to get my items in storage that same evening. All this was done well she was the most generous, polite, and amazing person that I will very much always appreciate for this experience. She ended by giving us a full tour of the facility, making sure that our gate code worked properly, and assuring that we had no other questions or concerns. I will be taking all of my storage units that I have throughout Denver, which I have a few of due to being in the business of purchasing units at auction, and moving them to this location. Thank you again to Grace! I am looking forward to doing business with you for many years to come.
I've rented a storage unit at this location for several years now. The experience I've had at this property has been easy, incredibly customer friendly, and stress-free. Any needs I've had over the years have been listened to and addressed immediately, the grounds are orderly and clean, the climate-controlled unit I have is exactly what I need, and I've remained at this property as long as I have because of it. The access is secure and very easy to use.
The property manager, Grace, is professional, easy to work with, and responsive. I've never had a problem addressing a concern and it's been a great experience staying here for several years.

It serves it’s purpose.. it’s not climate controlled so on hot days.. get in there pretty early.
Everything was great and good. Never complained until the day that I was helping my mother move some things out of her storage unit. The older woman working in the evening was very rude and unprofessional, she stated that I couldn’t “hang out here.” “You can’t be here.” And that “I needed to go somewhere else.” I was waiting for my mother to arrive and this woman practically took pictures of my license plates, I was not in any way doing anything to bring suspicion. She asked my mother who she was at the time she got here and who I was as well, when I had clearly explained to her what the situation was and why I was parked waiting for my mother. I felt very disrespected by the way this woman handled this situation. A profesional person doesn’t do these kind of things. This I why security cameras are installed throughout the establishment, for security purposes. You don’t go harassing customers.
Be prepared for them to up your rent constantly, I have one storage unit (I've had for 1.5 years) that has already had a rent increase and I was just informed there will be another in less than two years! This second hike is $37 more than I was paying and the first increase was around the same. I just got a second unit not even a month ago and they are already increasing the rent on that one almost $27! I just moved my items into the second storage unit on Sunday 7/31 and there is a rent increase. I was not informed of this upcoming increase when I rented, had I been I would have price compared and gone somewhere else. When I reached out to public storage I was told they will not sign contracts and will increase rent whenever they feel like it. Be weary, what your quoted will not be what you're paying, even 30 days later.
