Very clean facilities, definitely noticeable better than other storage places in the area. I had some issues with the rental process on the app but Brad in the office was extremely helpful with getting me all setup.

Front desk was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing the right size storage unit as well as showing each one I was interested in. Brad was super helpful with my move-in process and answered any questions I may have had! Thank you again for your patience

Friendly & helpful service from Brad who was working at this location when we stopped in on Easter Sunday to check out our rental for the first time. We didn’t like our unit and so asked to see something else, he said no problem, walked us over to a new one to check it out and then got it switched over to our account in no time at all. Thanks!

Eric helped get me signed up in 10 minutes. Took the time to walk me to my unit and inspect it with me. Made sure I knew thoroughly how to get to and access the space. He also walked me through the payment schedule and what to expect as far as next month’s payment. I wish all experiences with companies could be this smooth. Truly 5 stars. Public storage is lucky to have such a class act/gentleman representing the company. I’ll be sure to recommend any and all friends to this location and company as result of my experience today. I know my belongings are in great hands.

Truthfully, I can’t even give this company one star but it wouldn’t let me do zero. I have never been more disappointed in a company in my entire life. We have a small business in Studio City California on Ventura Boulevard and in the wake of the fires we have transformed our office space into a donation collection hub for fire victims, helping families who have either completely lost their homes or who have been displaced or who have lost their jobs as a result of the fires. We share an alley with Public Storage at 12345 Ventura Court and not only are they unwilling to offer a discount or a donation They were incredibly insensitive and unwilling to work with us and simply directed me to my accountant to use the storage space as a tax write off.

Brad at Public Storage is amazing! He went above and beyond to make my rental experience easy and stress-free. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude were outstanding. I truly appreciated his patience and care in helping me find the perfect unit. Highly recommend this location thanks to Brad!

In a day and age when person to person interaction between business and consumer is waning, we could not have been happier with the service we received specifically from Alba at public storage Studio City. We arrived to open our account with Public storage about an hour before closing time, moving truck packed to the gills. Alba checked us in, was lightning quick with the paperwork and showed us all the necessary facility equipment to get us going. I’ve had plenty of experience with Storage Companies and one thing is clear, on site personnel is essential and we are very much looking forward to working with public storage and Alba at the helm!

This is the BEST Public Storage location in LA.. I have been to several. From the facility itself being super easy to navigate, to the customer service excellence, you won’t be disappointed. Brad has been so helpful, communicative and professional in every way and I just can’t thank him enough! I really appreciate how easy everything has been since day one.

This location has been excellent since we moved in. Previously at the location down in Hollywood, they made transferring our account / unit a breeze. Location is clean, easily accessible, and I've never had any issues accessing my unit. Brad, the property manager, is extremely kind and helpful. He has been more than accommodating with requests and inquiries, and successfully helped us with our rate while my partner has been unemployed. Thank you Brad!!! Excellent spot if you need an easily-accessible location in Studio City / surrounding area.

My partner and I love this property. We used to use the one in Hollywood on Santa Monica, but we relocated to this location when we moved to Valley Village. Super convenient and I love that it’s on Ventura Ct instead of one of the main thoroughfares. Also, there are ALWAYS carts available; I have only been there one time when there weren’t and I kid you not, as we started to unload, one of the other customers was finishing up and offered his cart to us. Never had a problem with parking either - even if there aren’t any spots available (which isn’t often), there’s plenty of street parking. One thing to note for lower cars is that you need to be careful about your angle and speed both entering and exiting the parking lot – I own a Volkswagen Jetta and 8 times out of 10 I scrape the bottom of my vehicle in at least one direction. It’s never severe enough to knock something off or anything like that, just a small thing to keep in mind. Brad, the property manager, is wonderful to work with - he’s both helpful and professional. My partner and I received a notice that our rent was going up, which we cannot afford at this time due to hardship, and when we called to contest it (asking to keep it the same), Brad actually gave us a 6 month discount. (Thanks Brad!!) TLDR; cannot recommend this property enough!

awesome service. i thought for sure it was going to be a headache because ive heard some horror stories but Brad and Matt make the entire process smooth and painless.

Moving sucks, we all know that. But Brad at Public Storage is very skilled and so helpful at making things go smoothly for the storage part. And the facility itself is super clean and surprisingly easy to navigate. It’s a monolith of a building from the outside, but very accessible for vehicles and unloading (I guess loading, too). The doors, corridors, and elevators are wide and plenty of space to load the unit. I feel that my items are safe and secure here.

Brad and Matt are amazing! Professional, helpful, kind and they make the customer feel welcome. I feel secure having my storage with them.

Signing a lease was easy online, but they hide the fact that the price you sign on for will only last a month or 2. They up their rent on a monthly basis. I got a unit for $150 and it’s suddenly up to $199 with no notice. EDIT: office reached out and fixed the rent increase. I appreciate it!

I have to let you know about WONDERFUL LIZ !!! My family and I and several of my employees, clients and business associates all have storage units with the company. Over the past month there was a problem with one of our units and 8 other people from Public Storage failed to help us to resolve our issues. It caused great stress for several of my family members and associates who wanted to terminate our dealings with the company. Then we were blessed to meet Liz who effortlessly solved our issue and saved the day. Liz is a stellar asset to Public Storage and to all of the people who have units with the company. She is a problem solver, a leader and should be in an upper management position. She is kind, efficent, helpful, humble, professional, empathetic, proficient and would be a great employee in any company or organization. PS is lucky to have her. We are SO GRATEFUL to have met Liz. There are not enough complimentary words to describe Liz ! She is simply the BEST !

It’s not often and I say what a pleasure it is to deal with somebody but the pleasure was mine in dealing with Kim Brown today. When I arrived at Public Storage with movers I realized my reserved unit had an obstruction in it and it was not going to work. I wasn’t sure what size to get at first. I was greeted by Brad (manager) and he was amazing! Helped us look at the difference between the units and explained the price difference. Being able to physically see the units that were available for rent really helped. We went with a 4x5 unit and I couldn’t be happier. Have a small apartment but a ton of stuff? A 4x5 room will have plenty of storage for all the items. All holiday decorations fit plus plenty of space left for other things. Thank you, Brad!

This place has a drive in gate that opens only 8ft tall. You can't drive a moving truck or a trailer up to your unit. That means it's a long walk carrying all your stuff. 3 stars
