This afternoon (4/1/25), I was alerted that my unit was missing its lock. Upon arriving, I discovered metal shavings on the floor and noticed that approximately one-third of my belongings had been stolen. A piece of the lock, which had clearly been drilled through, was lying inside the unit. (Photos are attached to this review.)
Considering the effort required to drill through the lock, it must have been loud, noisy, and cumbersome. Given that the office staff described yesterday (3/31) as a "very busy day," I find it hard to believe this could have occurred during business hours.
I asked about camera footage, but I was told that my area has three separate doors, and reviewing all the footage would be too overwhelming.
So, to recap: someone jumped a gate with an industrial locksmith drill, accessed a locked area, drilled through a high-security lock, and then jumped back over the gate with both the drill and my stolen items. And there's no footage of any of this?
The staff offered me a different unit, but with less than an hour remaining before the premises closed, there was little I could do. I voiced my concern: What’s stopping the individuals who stole from me from returning and repeating the process? They could easily use the same drill, target the same type of lock, and take the rest of my belongings.
When I raised this issue, I received a shrug and minimal urgency from the staff.
This situation seems highly suspect.
I've already spoken with the police and filed a report. They've informed me that they've received similar complaints about this property recently. Now, I’m left sitting here tonight, hoping my things will still be there tomorrow morning.
I hope someone at a district or regional level sees this and reaches out to addresses this situation with the urgency and seriousness it clearly warrants.

The reservation system is a bit odd and doesn't seem to actually reserve the unit you initially ask for, as the 5x15 unit I reserved was not available when I arrived, but they quickly got me into a 10x10 unit. Very affordable, and very friendly staff!

Lamentablemente no les recomiendo esta locación hace poco me robaron en mi storage y en 2 más de otras personas y cuando hice el reporte ala policía la señora no quiso darle los videos ala policía ,había cámaras en la entrada y salida enmedio y las cámaras captaron todo espero que esto sirva para que más personas puedan mirar los que está pasando ahí y si quieren tomar el riego de que les roben .

Went in to ask for a small storage since across the street from this location, I was offered a 5x15 for around $70 the first month. Wanted to see if I could get something around the same size or smaller to get a better price. Went inside this location and didn't get the ladys name that was attending a customer but was short, curly hair, hispanic features and very rude to her. I greet her and ask what was her smallest unit price that she had and her literal response was $217 a month. I mentioned that across the street I was offered a unit for around 70$ and was only using it for around 2-3 weeks. She said that was her best price and to go across the street for the $70 price. Ended up going across the street.

The hours here suck! But that's my only complaint. The staff are available if I need something but otherwise they don't bother me ever! I really do appreciate this place and the staff. Do not rent space here. They don't have cameras in the hallways, they don't have any security and this place is broken into at least once a week per Santa Ana Police dept. The police department has advised them to hire a security guard due to the weekly thefts but they refused to. In their own words, that is why they have insurance. There's plenty other public storage locations with security and cameras in the hallways.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our unit door has been damaged for over a month, and they have not fixed it; so we cannot access our belongings.
We call and call and call and leave messages for the property manager and we don't receive a call back.
They only take your money and don't care about anything else. Don't store here, go somewhere else.

Very bad customer service, always taking their time very slow and came for the second time and there was no one in charge only a trainee that said there was no one to help and he couldnt help because he was training. Waited for someone 20+ minutes and not even a sorry . What a bad service!!

I originally rented a medium size storage locker online, but when I went to look at it, I realized I would need a larger space. Raymond was more than helpful, and was able to switch me to a larger size that day. We walked over to the space to make sure it'd be large enough for my needs, and he gave me a tour of the facilities. Raymond was professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I would recommend this facility to others, simply for how great of a customer service experience I had.
