Jackie is one of the best company reps I've ever come across. She was helpful and informative, polite, and very welcoming. She told me everything I needed to know about moving my belongings in, accessing the storage, and what the busier times are at the facility. Even while I was there, other customers were lauding her efforts and one woman even brought her a coffee because she felt like she was so helpful. Truly exemplary.

I’ve only been using the facility for 2 months but I am very pleased with customer service on site. Leanna helped me rent 2 spaces, she made it easy. She’s very professional and attentive.
Only issue I had was no coverage one afternoon, a different employee ‘left’, locked the office, no notice on door and unable to get a hold of manager.

Amongst the most chaotic and hiccupy move of my life, Jackie was the star. This Storage is well kept! The Staff is very friendly and long time employees. The only con is they close entirely too early! Please, Public Storage, we need a healthy medium because prices keep going up but the hours are not. Lol Overall satisfied!

We left our stuff in this public storage 4 years ago. Besides just a little dust on top of the boxes, everything was in pristine condition when we went to get it. Move in and move out was a breeze. The property manager (I assume is Leanna) is superb, she returns our call immediately and confirmed everything and is so polite. 第三：就是这个营业时间。咱们都夏令时了，你还不能往后延期一下时间。你们就安排一个员工，不差这点加班费吧。都是干货吐槽。
