Amazing experience Javier is a great help
I had two appointments set up to see the unit and two times no one showed up. I even got verbal confirmations. The online payment system wasn’t working also. A few days after we first rented our unit I received a voice mail our unit was broken into and I called right back but it took some several hours for someone to let me know they had the wrong unit. I probably would of went somewhere else but my boss wanted to go to that location.

Worst storage company, worst l location of worst storage company, worst customer service.
I like that most of their units are drive up... Place is always clean and well secured. I wish I could get stuff out 24/7 but 🤷♂️ otherwise my only gripe is the 40% bump on my monthly now...

i must say Public storage has gone above and beyond with keeping access to not only to the units open, but as well as the office here. its quite surprising given that this area isnt the safest. looking from a business standpoint the liability they are willing to take is great for me. Alma has proven time after time that she is a great property manager and keeps this facility running in tip top shape.

I often come to this Public Storage place to help a elder lady friend who has a storage unit that she has all of her decorations for all the Holidays and season's of the year. I mean it's just ok. Regular storage place. Come to one and they're all the same. With inconvenient rules and have to put your code in every time to enter and exit?? But why the exit???!! Just inconvenient. They should have it open as you pull up to exit. But NO, ya have to get out of the vehicle after working for like an hour or sometimes a hour and a half. Sometimes almost falling out of the vehicle!!?? REALLY?!! That's the only complaint I have with Public Storage.
