I just moved here from Ohio and needed a storage unit so I decided to come here. Dalia was very sweet and informative about the unit I was getting. Definitely recommend coming here :)
Excellent worker outside always greeting us, she took the time today to help us navigate the Ps App. Dalia is an amazing manager onsite. Took care of us since we moved in. She answered any questions we had.
Lodia is the onsite manager and has been very helpful and the Public Storage system for the transition was easy as I was moving from another Public Storage facility (5 stars for those factors). However, the lighting in the unit was disconnected from a previous problem and I was unaware of the issue. Luckily, I have a drive up access unit and there is plenty of light in the daylight hours which is not an issue for the daytime. However, in low light hours I will need a headlamp to look around.
Also, the unit is listed as a "10' x 10' unit" and is actually a 9' x 10' unit and the roll-up door takes away some of that space as well. The previous unit I moved from was exactly 10' x 10' without a roll up door and all of my belongings fit nicely with space to move around. This unit is a little cramped because of the size difference from the last unit.
With that said, I recommend this facility based on the initial interaction with the onsite manager and the online Public Storage transition as described as well as the drive up access. Hopefully all will be well moving forward at this new facility.

Danny the property manager on staff was a tremendous help when I had an inquiry regarding my payment increase. He went beyond to keep my payment intact & took the time to listen, help me out & follow through on his promise. Def great customer service on Danny behalf especially on a Sunday. Grateful that the concern was resolved quickly by him!
Well probably my fault. Brothers and I had a storage unit near 10 years. My other brothers decided too much money has been spent and decided to surrender the unit. Although my name was also on the paperwork and had all rights to the property, I was not notified until it was already too late. So my motorcycle that I had in the unit, along with my late brothers other personal effects and other family trinkets, got sold at auction and I have no way now of recovering my Harley-Davidson. The bike was in parts but still it was something that has much sentimental value to me as it belonged to my late brother. It's so sad that a unit can get sold like this and you have no recourse you were not notified. I would have gladly paid another month storage fee to have a couple days to go in and at least remove the family items that meant something to us all. But oh well c'est la vie. I guess 10 years at 300 plus a month buys you know grace period whatsoever. Very good thing I am on anti-anxiety and antidepressants or it would have been a really ugly trip into that office. I know it's not the office workers fault, it would be nice to public storage looked at the contract a little bit closer and so everybody's name that was on it but that's I guess asking too much. Beyond upset that this unit sold for $1,500. A couple boxes of parts were worth more than $1,500 each not to mention frame and engine. I hate these corporate greedy places. Good luck trying to get in touch with somebody who cares. Property owners I just want to make their gross profit meanwhile us with very little resources financially or legally get bent over and can't do anything but take it. Almost thinking about running for office in the very near future just to correct and justices like this and make life fair for the little guy. Legal crime, our forefathers would roll over in their graves. Truth Justice and the American way of getting screwed

Ive had many storage units in the past and this location is by far the best one. The property is always very well kept and the bathroom is super clean. One thing that I hated about other storage locations is that the restroom was never clean so this is a huge plus for me! (I work in construction so I'm here pretty often). Dalia is the manager and she is always super nice. When I moved in, she explained everything to me very clearly and was patient as well. It is clear that Dalia cares about her customers. Highly recommend this location and Dalia as well!

Muy mal servicio llege al lugar en horarios de oficina estaba serrado llame al teléfono que está ayi me dijeron que me iban allí dar que dejaron esperando 20 minutos y nunca salieron alludarme pésimo servicio se supone que el horario de oficina es de 9a 6pm y llege a las 3pm no lo recomiendo

My experience at PS 601 N Main has been very positive! Christina, Dalia, and Tammie are super great to work with and always give their customers 100%! They are friendly, attentive and very professional throughout the rental process and beyond! Dirty. Never clean. Trash and dirt every where. The new pavement has eliminated some of the dirt. Seen homeless shower in their vehicles and drian it in the alley. Then you have to walk or drive thru it. Security is a gate, lights and new camers. Per staff and Orange PD a lot of beeakins and homeless living in units. Seen break ins and homeless living in units. Cheapest around. Get what you pay for here. I add 1 star since the new cameras and new pavement. The staff has gotten better. No one has yelled at me in a few years.

I a very clean place
My truck broke down in front of this location & I won’t say “unfortunately” since “Dalia” was extremely professional & really kind that allowed me to use the facilities! No second guessing!
Clean establishment 100% recommended!
Both disappointed and appreciative given their gate hours... 5pm closed hard and get called the next day at but crack of dawn if you exit 1 minute late. Hard close at 5pm 7-days a week.
