Terrible Customer Service.
I booked two different days to come into the Office and see a Unit before I finalized my contract. Had to book the second time because no one showed up to complete my reservation the first time, but I decided to give them another chance...
They called after I reserved dates and they ensured someone would be there to meet me and assist with any questions I had and/or show me around the facility. They actually called every day to ensure I would be there at our scheduled reservation time and ensure I was still interested in the Unit. Every day for (2) Weeks...
Both reservations dates, I showed up to the Office only to be stood up with the Office door locked and no response from the Office Manager or Customer Service.
So unprofessional and such a waste of my time.

OMG! My girl Desiree is one of a kind!!!!! She went above and beyond!!!! Not only did she educate me on all the item I needed to make my move successful ( I was lost before she helped me) but she also helped me with putting my items in my car! That way was an easy task because my car is a MB. We tried for about 15 minutes trying to make my TV kit box fit. It wasn’t happening! This wonder women said let’s try again! But nope 🙅🏽♀️ no bueno. I told her I would be back with my neighbors car and she said “I don’t get off until 5, I gottchu. I will wait for you and your box will be by the door”! Like a woman of her word she was right there waiting when I came back ! And she had a BIG SMILE! SHE MADE MY DAY! I needed that seeing moving can be trying!!! Desiree!!! You rock!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE. WORKERS ARE TIPPING OFF CRIMINALS TO STEAL YOUR STUFF!!!! I had all of my belongings that I’ve owned put into storage while in the process of moving 2 hours away. I just had a stillbirth and lost my daughter, almost died in the hospital and a week later found out that all of my belongings were stolen from my storage unit. The property manager Jessie apparently stated that she did not find any camera footage when I had over 50 boxes with my initials written all over it and my dad’s military bag. I believe it was an inside job and they’re tipping off these criminals because my large unit was the only one that was hit this year and I only had it for 3 months. Everything that I have owned since I was a baby til now was in there. The property manager kept changing her story and telling my husband, dad and I different things. She also did not seem in any way sympathetic at all. I went to the media about it and made it on ABC 7 news and the storage unit did not want to comment on it. That just proves that they’re guilty. I have a lot of law enforcement and military in my family and friends and they all said that they’re 100% sure that the workers are tipping off these criminals. The fact that these people do not care how much blood and sweat that we put into our jobs and work hard to earn our stuff is inhumane. Evil never wins at the end of day and God will judge us all when our time comes.

the workers there are so awesome and attentive.i love that they make rounds every day to physically check on every unit instead of just relying on the cameras. Makes me feel like our stuff is safe. also love the non cut design of the door locks! so damn cool and honestly wondering why the rest of the world doesn't go that route.
Great customer service! Public storage in Ontario, off of Grove, is a great storage place to use. The facility is super clean. The staff is extremely helpful! David helped me figure out my final payment and went above and beyond to get the information I needed. He was kind and patient. I vacated my storage unit after keeping it for a year. David made the process super quick and easy.

This location despite the area it happens to be in stays pretty clean. Manager Raymond is probably the best thing about the place. He is awesome. Hes very helpful and friendly. I thought about relocating to a different storage facility but I'd miss seeing that guy. The only issue I really have is with the insane rent increases over the course of 2 years my rent has doubled. That is insane.
Jesse was fabulous with her introductory in reference to the various sizes in storage I had been researching, while transitioning from one residence to another. Her knowledge had clarity and not just a bunch of rubbish of do’s and don’ts in the Public Storage community. She was extremely helpful and nice.

I got robbed twice. I don’t like critiquing peoples businesses but you guys did me dirty. Iam in haste to end my contract with this facility either the employees are the the thieves or they are working with the thieves. I have been here since 2017 but it’s just a headache. Don’t rent here.
I have stored my personal items with public storage for 5 to 6 years. My unit rent started out around $50 per month and over the years went up to $120 per month. I recently removed all of my belongings, sold som at ridiculously low prices and tossed most of it in dumpsters because my unit rent jumped to $280 per month. I asked why the price hike? The response was " due to increased cost"
So I suppose they justify taking it out on each individual customer? Like we did not Also incur cost increases, and are willing and able to shoulder their's as well !!!
What is really messed up is, if they had only raised it a little bit, my junk would stay in their facility for another 5 years!
They seriously did me a favor! No longer bleeding out my bank account to keep "stuff I haven't used in 5 years!"
Cheers to all who read this, may you consider dumping your unused items and save your money for the comming recession!

I personally do Homestaging as well as interior design so I have used many different storages however Raymond who is the manager at public storage in Ontario has made a huge difference between this public storage and many of the others. He is always available or consistently walking through the storages checking on them, The other day he noticed one of my storages was unlocked and right away notified me. As of now I have four storages here and will not go anywhere else because of Raymond’s great customer service.

I'm not a renter from that public storage site but did receive a phone call from Raymond at the Ontrio Office. He was very helpful, informative, kind, and helpful just overall great customer service!!! Public storage needs more employees like Raymond.
