Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3871 Grand View Blvd, Los Angeles, CA

I did a little dance after signing for my space here- Kareem has truly made this place the gem of the town. It’s so clean, smells nice, and he is impressively organized and thoughtful which made this entire experience actually fun (who would ever say that about just renting a storage space??) I’ve been watching this building get built for months and have excitedly awaiting its opening, but I couldn’t have imagined to also have a property manager that is someone I will look forward to saying hi to whenever I can. This may heal me from all past storage unit experiences haha thank you Kareem for your kindness & helpfulness!

Customer service is very important to me and I appreciate it when I get it. That’s why I want to take the time to thank Kareem at this location. He was polite and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I left feeling like my items will be secure here.

First off, Amber is the public storage goddess! We had the impossible task of emptying a storage unit for a family member. She checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, gave us helpful tips, and went the extra mile. Amber keeps the place clean, organized, and well managed. Thank you, Amber!

Great and convenient location and exceptionally clean. The staff specifically Hyram are wonderful. He keeps the place very well maintained!

Kareem was incredibly kind and helpful! I booked a unit with the intention of moving in the same day. I hadn’t booked the unit I intended to and Kareem quickly was able to fix the problem for me. The facility itself is brand new, clean, and secure. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Was there not to long ago and i gotta say Gina was very helpful and made my experience easy and hassle free. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to assist me with my questions. Glad I chose this facility to do business with. 5/5

I just finished setting up my Rental with Kareem who is one of the nicest person I ever met. Kareem took great care and time to show me several spaces and make sure I was able to come to the right decision for my storage needs. Kareem even helped measure the spaces with me when I was unsure if the size advertised matched what I was seeing (they did). Kareem also went above and beyond during the booking phase, ensuring every detail was taken care of, even insisting on trying to answer even the questions he had to ask colleagues about, that I could have called back or stopped in a different day to check back on. Kareem wanted to make sure I left feeling like everything possible related to this rental was taking care of before I drove away. And I 100% do. All due respect to anyone else who works at this location (I've only met Kareem), I'll be making sure that anytime I need something in future from this location, I will be going on the days Kareem is working. Thank you, Kareem!

This was my first time getting set up with my own storage space. Kareem was warm and knowledgeable and made the whole sign-up process a breeze. I'm happy I chose this location.
