I just finished setting up my Rental with Kareem who is one of the nicest person I ever met. Kareem took great care and time to show me several spaces and make sure I was able to come to the right decision for my storage needs. Kareem even helped measure the spaces with me when I was unsure if the size advertised matched what I was seeing (they did). Kareem also went above and beyond during the booking phase, ensuring every detail was taken care of, even insisting on trying to answer even the questions he had to ask colleagues about, that I could have called back or stopped in a different day to check back on. Kareem wanted to make sure I left feeling like everything possible related to this rental was taking care of before I drove away. And I 100% do. All due respect to anyone else who works at this location (I've only met Kareem), I'll be making sure that anytime I need something in future from this location, I will be going on the days Kareem is working.
