The PS manager, Regina, embodies all the qualities that a great employee should inhabit: kind, helpful, gracious, sparking personality, caring, efficient, intelligent...I could go on-and on. Yes, the facility is clean and safe. Yes, the location is freeway convenient. But, my high level of satisfaction is directly related to Regina. Although I have relocated, and no longer require a storage space at this PS facility, I encourage people looking for storage space to make an appointment with Regina. (And, just to be clear: I am not a relative nor friend of Regina. I'm simply a satisfied customer.)

Caution using Public Storage! I started renting a unit for ~$350 per month. 3 months after moving into the unit my rent was raised to $466 per month. When I was ready to move out, I called and asked what would happen if I moved out on 8/3 when my monthly billing date was 8/2. I was told that I would be issued a refund for the month following 8/2. This refund was not issued and was rejected by customer service after I moved out.
Update: After 4 back and forth correspondences with Public Storage through Better Business Bureau, I was issued a refund.

I needed another storage space in West LA so of course I went back to where I had really reliable and no-nonsense assistance, REGINA, at Olympic and Sawtelle. Fortunately she was still working at that location. 24 hours later I was in the same building all moved it. She does everting from registration to keeping it clean neat. All with a great disposition.

This place is extremely unsafe. Took my friend to her storage unit and they had drilled into the lock and they stole everything she had inside. (her whole apt was being stored inside) no one on site to assist, and no one told her that it had happened months before. No help looking at cameras, no help at all. Would never trust to leave my belongings here after what I witnessed with my friend. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FORREAL YOUR STUFF ISNT SAFE THERE

NOT SAFE AT ALL! My storage unit was broken into with a drill and all my items STOLEN!! Would not recommend this company to store your things.
My storage unit lock was drilled into and all my items stolen the day after I rented my unit. I was not notified by the company except for an attempt at a phone call during work hours. No email or sense of urgency to relay that this had happened. I only came to find out two months later when I showed up in person to get some things and by then it was too late to recover any of my things with the help from police. They don’t let you use your own lock even though theirs are clearly easily broken into and then don’t care if this happens. Did not reimburse the two months that I paid for while my items had already been stolen.
** I understand this is not a reflection on their employees as they are bound by the company’s policies. I remember Regina being particularly kind and helpful when I first rented the unit. Still this place is not safe to store your items.

This beautiful well maintained, storage is so clean I can sit on the floor. It was Nelly today and she even came up to the fourth floor and checked on me, after I have been there a few hours. I told her hello and introduced her to my little mini man cave LMAO. Yes that was Nelly. I think she and Regina manage this location expertly and are extremely helpful. The customer service at this location is so extraordinary. I can’t imagine it being any better! Seriously, they do all they can, moreover it is a safer place for me ! It is well deserved praise.

When I first went, this storage facility had a friendly staff and a great deal. Over time, the staff disappeared, the moving carts disappeared, the driveway was constantly under construction, the gates didn't work half the time, a homeless camp was built around the building, and the rate was wildly in flux. It actually doubled for 3 months. By the time I left after one year, I felt this storage unit had become nearly unusable.

11/05/2022 What can I say... my experience the other day at the Public Storage was phenomenal. Our friend Ercan was extremely helpful in every possible way. He gave us a tour of the different units which gave us a lot of perspective on what we needed to rent. He was very real in ensuring that we only got what we NEEDED and outlined all the different benefits / pricing for the other options. He was as friendly as could be, and gave us a leisurely wave as we drove away. Thank you Ercan! 🙏

I love this place! As someone who has never rented a storage unit before, I did not know what to expect at first. However, upon meeting Regina (the manager), I knew I came to the right place. The storage units are kept in excellent condition, the opening hours (6am to 9am) are very reasonable, and the area is great as well. There's more than enough parking and the units come at a reasonable price. They also provide dollies at the entrance, which are immensely helpful when it comes to moving heavier boxes, etc. However, what makes this place so special is Regina. She truly went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and introduced me to the facility. Coming back is always a treat because of her and this place wouldn't be the same without her. She's truly a gem who gives this facility a family-like feel!

Public Storage, located at 11259 W Olympic Blvd, is an excellent facility. Regina is a highlight with her fantastic and professional customer service. The facility and units are well maintained, and parking is spacious surrounding the building. I would recommend this location over all Public Storage locations within Los Angeles.

I’m not surprised to see many Regina fans in previous reviews. She is so awesome and friendly and helpful and the list goes on. From the moment I walked into the office her big welcome made me feel at ease because moving can be stressful. She was beyond knowledgeable in getting me set up and showing me to my unit. But what really blew me away was her willingness to help us solve an issue getting our furniture into the elevator that she absolutely did not have to do. Her solution saved the day and I wish I could do more for her than just write this review. Thank you Regina for your genuine kindness, sense of humor and positivity. You really deserve employee of the year and a raise, seriously. I’ve never looked forward to visiting a storage facility, but I hope see you again!!

I also like the amount of rolling carts they have, making it more accessible to get from my truck to my unit without the worry of having to wait for someone else to finish using theirs.
