I have been at this Public Storage location (2300 Purdue) for over six years now with 2 units and Ercan, who is the manager at this location is absolutely incredible. He is genuinely helpful, considerate and does everything in his power to help the customers in every way at all times at this location. He is the reason why I have stayed at this Public Storage location especially during the last 18 months where the price increases have been rather, shall I say, astronomical, and I have considered moving, but the constant kindness of Ercan has been the catalyst for me to stay here.
