Alice was extremely nice very helpful. ... But I have to lower my rating Stars. I was paying $83 a month. As I watch the weeds grow up around my beautiful boat... I see my bill go up too... It is $113 now and the weeds are still there. I'm able to get inside the gate with my mobile app... Getting out I usually have to go to the keypad. SMH also I was told they were going to put a lien on my boat because I was 4 days late on my payment. LOL i switched jobs so my pay period changed. I told them I had no problem paying the late fee. They showed no forbearance. I've been there for almost a year now. Never missed a payment once. I will be removing my property from this storage as soon as I get a chance! People are nice but the place is getting ran down and not much respect has been shown from whoever sends the emails to me....

Shirley is a friendly manager,she's not rude and extremely helpful. Keeps the facility clean and doing business with her has been a good experience since I've moved into public storage. I like her she gives down to earth and understanding I won't move into a storage if I don't like the attitude of the people working there or if it's dirty. Gates do lock and close at 6 this location is on office hours which I didn't know when I got a storage there but I understand that it probably keeps thieves out. Anyways 5 stars

Due to the holiday (Labor Day) I was able to find storage same day which was convenient for me being that I only have a couple days to be out of my apartment I was so happy that they had the size that I needed available just to store up a few items and the price you definitely Can’t beat. Allison was very helpful and walked me through the steps and got me all situated and it was a quick transition moving my stuff from the U-Haul to the storage thank you so much I highly recommend this spot if you are looking to store some things.

All I can say is if you like you stuff don’t leave it there. There is a homeless encampment on the other side of the fence. Alice said “Rent at your own risk!” The place looks like a junk yard. I am not sure who did the other reviews but they myst be paid for their reviews, I can’t see anything other than a trainwreck! I rented on a Friday( online site unseen) when I drove there to actually look at the facility I was disappointed. I gave it some thought and canceled on Sunday of the same week. The trailer never entered the property. They kept my money that I paid. No refund. Have some class you low life, I never used your service, now wonder you have so many empty spaces!!!BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS

think twice before using this public storage. Shirley the facilty manager doesdnt really pick up phone during office hours, she seems to vanish into thin ait instead.
This place raises rates 35% + a year. If you have any other choice, avoid this public storage at all costs. The staff is super friendly when selling you storage, but as soon as you speak of leaving, all masks are off, it felt like they would slap me if they could. And forget about any pro rated refund if you decide to leave in the beginning or the middle of the month. Cant speak for other public storage facilities, but this one doubled my rate in 3 years. They do lower the rate a little bit when you ask for it, but nowhere near to what might be considered acceptable. A 3-5% a year increase I would understand, but 35% is insane! Beware!

I reserved a 10x20 unit. The lady that works there called to confirm. I had to call back. Which I did. & then called.800 trying to pay for it. Customer service side as long as I showed up on my reservation date I could pay when I checked in. When I got there l, she had given it away. Saying I did not call back. I pulled my phone out and is this your number. She said is it the one on the door. I showed her I called her back & tryed Customer service. Customer service at that point still had my reservation, I asked them. She tryed to.put my in a smaller unit for the price of the 10x20. She was so rude the whole time. Called me a lier till I showed her I did call. I don't even want to give one star. Went across the freeway and got a unit from Darryl. Much cheaper. Really nice people. Prorated the unit for the month. The lady at public does not honor the $1 for first month ethier. Will never go back.
Ms. Shirley is amazing as a truck driver as a last minute resort and me and my fiance were in a rush. Ms. Shirley was so helpful and these days it's hard to find helpful humans on sensitive timing. Highly recommended for truck drivers for sure. 😘
The worker was extremely patient, understanding, and courteous. She understood my situation during the heat wave in my city. She accommodated my needs, especially since I'm disabled. She was never rude and tried her best to help me. She has good customer skills. I would always tell people to come here!

You know honestly I started buying storage from online action and I’ve bided and won quite a few from different facilities from Modesto to Madera and all over Fresno and I get the same look every time the look of judging a book from its cover and the first time I won and went to public storage the manager Shirley she just in a good way is different you didn’t look at me any different she didn’t look at me from head to toe. She treated me with respect she kept it very professional Public storage and your manager treated me as if Ive been a customer there for many years like if I was family and I truly feel that is the best and only way to treat any customer and I thank you Shirley for making me feel welcome every time.

My friend has a storage unit there so we can say we go about 2-3 times month. EVERY VISIT the Property Manager is cleaning up and around the premises. The bathroom is WHITE & smells amazing seriously EVERY TIME. My friend likes the space for the price and quality. So I’m glad they treat her right.

First time EVER having a storage unit and when I got there I didn’t know how to get in the gate to the office and it was just a waiting game for answers as the customer service rep I was on the phone with had to ask our manager on site Ms Shirley. She was very friendly absolutely professional-persistent like NOother!! Yes. With solutions and answers. She genuinely cares how she treats her customers and does what it takes to get the job done. I always see her active up and down a sun down and up. Ms Shirley is definitely the right person to handle this job. I can’t help but smile and laugh and feel good when she’s around!! Ms Alice in the office as her “other half” help around the office is an absolute doll herself. Thanks Ladies!! I kno I appreciate y’all very very much. I highly recommend using Public Storage with Shirley!! Shirley was very hospitable to me while I rented a space from her for the quarter. She helped my mom unlock the unit every time with no complaints as my mother struggled to do it on her own. She was very attentive and casually checked up on me when she would see me at my unit. The bathroom was always very clean and tidy and when it was time for me to end my lease, Shirley was kind enough to assist me with personal accommodations so that I could unstore my unit at the appropriate date, leaving no additional late fees on my account!
