Martha is the best she has been helping me with my storage account, so I'm so happy to see her every month, and property is nice is clean!
I initially had the worst customer service experience known to man by Martha. She delayed my move by several weeks and blamed me for the issues I had rather than take a second out of her day to help me. Fast forward 2 weeks with no help, I get the pleasure of meeting Emory. Please give this man a raise. He is such a kind man and a helped me get out of the mess made by someone who clearly doesn’t like her job. Emory went above and beyond until my issues were resolved and I got a new unit. I can’t say enough good things about Emory. I really hope Public Storage management sees this. I have never posted a Google review until now. I hope that speaks to Emory’s character and his impact on my ability to move on time. Emory is the best.

Well instead of getting into lengthy discussions/descriptions. I'll just say that it's a pretty good storage unit business, I just wish they would get that first elevator working again, especially if you're looking into getting your own storage unit in the Fountain Valley area. I would say it is in the area pretty near to Mile Square Park...
