Now Public storage (not John) needs to stop raising prices every few months, they should tell you up front that the price is just a "get me in price" and that the real price will actually be xx.xx in a few months so people know prior. It feels, well not right once they know you have all your stuff moved in, and then to start escalating the pricing when you cant move it. You can do better Public Storage, let's see the transparency going forward, you clients will appreciate you more!

Even though it’s not considered BRAND new, because it’s been here 2 years. This Public Storage is absolutely beautiful, and clean. The best part is you can literally pull your car inside the air conditioning while you’re unpacking, and loading all your stuff. So for us Arizona folks that will be the best thing I’ve ever paid for especially in the summer. Also I recommend you reserve and pay for your storage ONLINE because you get locked in rates. I went from a SMALL OUTDOOR unit from U-Haul probably 5x10 in size so I mean small paying $62.00 a month $72.00 if you’re late, to a AIR CONDITIONED, car pull through to the A/C, with carts you can use. And I now have a 10x10 honestly don’t quote me but I went from XS to MEDIUM and I pay $70 honestly it still shocks me. Thank you Public Storage! Also shout out to the employees too so kind and helpful. I go to the Twin Peaks Marana one next to the outlet mall.

I would like very much to commend Diana, and all the staff, for having incredible stamina and energy. Diana was able to aptly juggle a number of clients and inquiries on the weekend that I obtained a storage locker. She remained calm, positive, and professional under any and all conditions. The online information was accurate, which helped me make a good decision and not waste time. Best of all, when I showed up to look at available units to decide on best size for my usage, the desk clerk, Angela, was super helpful. She was kind and friendly, she was able to answer all my questions and explain all the details, and she made sure I got just what I needed at a great price.

Reserved a storage unit, went today to see the unit realized it was smaller than I thought. Went into the office to see about switching to a larger unit. Andy was beyond helpful at getting me switched to a 10x10 unit. Explained the entire process and answered all of my questions.

Elevators are broken for 7 months
This is new very clean and secure storage facility. The staff, especially Angie, is very courteous and knowledgeable. I wish I would have found this place sooner.
This place is unbelievable, first I am happy that I book online same day and it seems to be a great experience until I get there, the map, is absolutely terrible, I tow my stuff over there in a toy hauler RV, pull into the loading door to find that the exit door doesn’t work, says out of order and has been this way for weeks, so I go look for my unit. The numbers don’t match the map, I can’t find my unit, but no worries, the app shows the office is open everyday until 9pm, being it is only 6pm, no problem, I go to the office.. only to find the door locked, the lights off, nobody’s there.. call the phone number on the door, and I don’t get a person who works there, but rather in a Pakistan call center.. Abel was his name, claims that he doesn’t work here in marana, but rather in “Glendale” he tells me that I’m wrong the app doesn’t say the office is open until 9pm (see attached photo) I ask for a supervisor 5 times, he tells me he doesn’t have one, tells me the only way I can speak to someone at the office will be by appointment tomorrow. After hauling my stuff there, paying, having a code, everything.. Abel then hangs up on me saying there’s nothing he can do for me, but not until he asks me “what time is it there”…. Mind you, he said he is in Glendale.. so I tell him it’s the same time here in marana as it is in Glendale, he tells me okay, he will look it up.. so after being there for hours with absolutely no help, being hung up on, my wife eventually finds the unit, we move our stuff in, NOTHING was done about Abel the “Glendale” customer service rep hanging up on me after wasting 35 minutes of my time. Furthermore, the following day, the property manager who actually is in town, calls, he is a decent person, honest, and wishing that he could of been helpful, explains to me that the hours aren’t until 9pm but rather until 5:30-6pm and that nobody was there at my move in time. The only thing I was offered out of the entire situation was an apology, from the marana manager, who told me that his hands were tied and he would email the people above him with my concerns.. if you haven’t already made the mistake of moving in here, you should probably go anywhere else, especially if your checking in before or after hours.. I was at this place last night for LITERALLY HOURS.. not even an offer of a discount or my money back, nothing after having the worst experience of my life there, the best thing that can come of it is that you take the time to read this review, and avoid this place at all costs, because half the stuff here is broken or out of order, and nobody will help you.

Elevator has been down for a month and a half. Zero sense of urgency from the company. Could this be a violation of ADA? I do believe it is. Staff is very friendly, but management really seems to be slow walking repairs. I have asked on three separate occasions to be contacted by the District Manager and I've gotten nothing but radio silence.
Staff has always been very polite and courteous, but there is an ongoing issue with the elevator being out of service and absolutely no proactive effort to get it fixed or inform clientele of the issue. I understand things happen, but I shouldn’t have to show up with a truckload of heavy items only to discover the elevator is out and a horribly explained handwritten note that the stairs will be accessible to the second floor only because the other elevator does not get to the half of the second floor with my unit. I pay nearly $100 a month for this service. There should have, at minimum, been an email sent out to clientele making us aware of the issue so we can plan accordingly. Not a happy customer.
I have been with Public Storge for some time now, This location has no working elevator. walking up 4 flights of stairs is no fun when you have a truck load of items needing to be dropped off.
The staff try's to be understanding but they have no drive to get this ongoing issues fixed.
This is now the 3rd time the elevator has failed.
I have not been able to access my unit for 3 weeks due to broken elevator, on-site management says they can’t offer a credit for the time I can’t get MY things. Customer service issued one week and now on week THREE they say we can only issue one every 10 months. BS. This is ridiculous I am expected to pay for weeks I don’t have access to my unit. AND they have no idea when it will be fixed, so just keep paying, even though you can’t get in. RIDICULOUS.

I rented this storage unit while deployed in Iraq. The front desk stated that they would observe the movers delivering my property. I returned briefly four months later on R&R before returning to Iraq and saw that more than $17,000 of property was stolen. According to state law, insurance has to be placed on the unit. They said they would place insurance on the account through their affiliate Orange Door until I provided my own with USAA as we discussed. I found out that they did not have the default insurance on file which meant I could not even recover the limit of $5,000, less than a third of what my property was worth. I gave them a 30 days notice and got my property out before the next billing date and they still tried to charge me. I complained to corporate and they removed the charge, but I recently discovered that they again, are trying to charge me for the last month. Additionally, after being there for only three months, they increased my rate by almost $200 per month. This, in addition to their poor security is what urged me to leave immediately. So now, if the charge is not removed permanently by the end of this week, I will be filing a civil suit for the full cost of my stolen property, legal fees, the five months I wasted paying Public Storage among other fees. Although the location is amazing, I strongly recommend not using this Public Storage, or any of their other locations. I am still handling this issue from overseas and they have done nothing to remedy their mistakes.

I had such a great experience with Public Storage in Marana, AZ! The facility is super clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. This storage is still pretty new, but it’s very clean and accessible. They have several flat carts for renters to use.

Actually a pleasant experience as I’ve never had a storage unit. Fairly clean unit, professional staff, easy to access and use.
Renting a space heater in Marana is easy, I was able to do everything online and when there was an issue or I had a question, the ladies in the office were extremely helpful. They helped me delete their insurance policy because my homeowners policy was better. Doing it on the app wasn’t so straightforward.

PublicStorage was fast and easy! I really needed a large unit last minute! I made one phone call and I was able to go into office, get a tour, and make the purchase all within maybe 30 minutes. Angie helped me and was so helpful to answer any questions and provided me how I can access my unit when the office is closed.
This was my first time ever needing a storage unit and this was the best first experience I could have asked for.
Gotta shout out to these guys! Moved in 6 months ago. I run my business warehouse here. Also, they have indoor rv storage. Moving in wasn't without a few hiccups, but my gosh, Angie the manager has been a great in communication, and a big help to me and my business. Receiving packages, taking care of small issues, calling me with anything that comes up. I would highly recommend this place!

Chas is the best manager of all public storage locations ever and I have used a lot! She is helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. There are a lot of storage options in Tucson, but your best bet is public storage, Romero Rd location.

This place is brand new, so it’s super clean and everything is so nice and accessible. Caryn and Angie were the nicest and most understanding and helpful ladies I could have asked for.
