This is a nice, new facility that recently opened. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Using the Public Storage app to manage my account and to access the property is a nice feature. Access to the facility is available 15 hours a day - from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The facility is well lit and has a good number of security cameras.

They keep raising the rates, not small increases but significant. Ours has gone steady since we got it a year ago and this last month it went up 45% and an over increase of more than a 100%. Definitely do not use this storage facility.
I met Andy today at public storage and he was absolutely kind in guiding us with choosing sizes and in few minutes I was unloading and putting my storage into use. I use storage one in a while and when I do decide to I have challenges on the size needed. Andy was able to help estimate the potential size and that was wonderful.

(3star for company) I would recommend that the company itself revisits its market value increases moving forward because it appears raising the rent so dramatically is a concern for many people.
This place is a scam, avoid at all costs. They get you with an introductory rate and then keep jacking prices way up every few months. I started out paying around $116 a month, then I got a notification a few months later staying that my new rent is approximately $170. Today I received another notification in the mail saying my rent will be $222 a month. I tried to call the company. It’s all overseas tech support who I can barely understand. I asked them why my rent went up. They cannot explain it but they could reduce my rent for three months and then jack it back up to $222. I think if I stay here another year or two will probably be up around $300.
The overseas lady on the phone could care less and they’ll just find new clients who get hooked by the introductory rate. I’ve had many storage units in the past with other companies who gave me a flat rate for many years. This company is ridiculous.

After less than one year, my rent on a 10x20 has nearly doubled. When I asked why I was told this is just what the company does. They told me to down size if I wanted cheaper rent rather than offering any concessions. Run away from public storage before you are forced to move out due to price increases.

Absolutely do NOT use this location and I will explain why. Rented in Sept 2025 @ $115. Last month, with no explanation, shot up to ~$185. Ready to cancel? Good luck because they have boxes inside the front door blocking it, so if you want to see someone in person, forget it. Went online/called and waited through every prompt numerous times, not 1 human talked to me. The ONLY way I was able to cancel, was to phone prompt "Press X to buy a storage unit". Boom less than 30 seconds and I had a human. The keypad to get in is so far, you have to get out everytime. And the gate to get out, you gotta basically touch it, and it's speed is abysmal.

Make sure to not use your gate code when you are no longer needing storage, if so they will charge you a full month just for checking to see if the unit is clean. Go straight to office or call and let them know you’re done with storage. Do not use gate code on the 1st of the month, they will charge full month with no type of discount even if nothing is in the unit.

Expensive and tried to scam me by not returning the full refund, first reason they gave is that admin fee is not refundable, second alibi was because i purchased a lock but absolutely not true. Better rent storage in the opposite side of this facility. Backside of chevron gas station

I have to punch it in twice. Not very convenient. Fix your app! Update: Recieved a message that my app was no longer supported.I deleted the app and downloaded the new app. I still have to stand in 108 degree heat and punch in ten digits to enter the gate then do it again to enter the building!
