The lady Michelle i interacted with was pleasant and we spoke together about a bad hear say happening, got around it by maturity and overlooking what wasn't really the situation at hand. I've never used right space storage before so this review is based upon this experience in this experience only I hope everyone can have such an enjoyable time as I did when I got there there was a man I believe to be some type of general manager over several locations and another lady who I believe is the location manager both of them were wonderful nice polite people and really worked hard to get me a good deal to get moved in on a short notice. But it didn't end there the only unfortunate thing is that they didn't receive cash at the location so I had to go put money onto a card to pay for my unit and since I was doing that I went ahead and called to pay for it online that person that I spoke to another young nice polite young lady got me an even better deal and when I tell you better deal I mean I didn't pay the first month I didn't pay admin fees I didn't pay anything except for the $12 for the insurance $12 folks it doesn't get any better than that they get five stars for me!!!!

What really stands out is how supportive and reliable she is—whenever something comes up, she’s right there ready to assist with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the people they’re helping, and Michelle definitely does.
If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. Since five is the limit, she more than deserves every single one.

Nice place , Michelle the property manager was very nice and helpful and she has cleaned up this place a lot when I first started renting here it was kinda shady not the type of place I would like to go to at night but she has cleaned up the place and made it feel a little safe to be at and store my belongings thank you Michelle for making this place a cleaner and safer environment to store my belongings I will refer right space storage on Broadway to anyone that needs to store their belongings.
