Shout out to this new location! Robert was absolutely amazing. Although they have a limited staff, Robert will take care of you and handle any questions , comments or concerns that you might have! It’s best to reserve online to cut down on time , but I’m happy everything got done! Repeat client with public storage , 5/5 I recommend.

I got an offer from this storage drove 3hrs to pick up the storage and when I arrived they told me it had gotten paid since November and they couldn’t call the day before to let me know and they always want to put the blame on storage treasures when it’s there responsibility to contact storage treasures and the customer. I told the employee there I over-drafted my account to go get the storage and her response was you can use the $100 you were going to use for the deposit to get back very unprofessional
Nothing is there
I’ve had issues with access since the first day I rented. I wasn’t able to get in my storage again. Doors to the building wouldn’t open. There’s signs everywhere about access points out of order including the gate to even get in. This is so inconvenient & frustrating. I could’ve took my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend at all. Their excuses are that they are new. Why open for business to take peoples money but can’t operate what we’re paying for?
