Normally I wouldn't go out of my way for this but this guy named Dave deserves all the praise in the world for his patience he had with my dad with answering all of his questions and helping with getting him set up online. I can’t say enough about this property and the personnel. I have never had a bad experience here and will be sad when I have to vacate my unit due to getting a new home. Lynn has always been a pleasure to work with and she genuinely cares about her customers more than words can express. If you ever need a storage unit, this is the place to go even if it may be out of your way a bit from where you’re located. Should I require storage again, I will be back. Lynn to the rescue once again. She was accommodating and helped my friends whom just relocated here with a space. They were resigned to renting the moving truck for a month until their new residence is ready, but Lynn welcomed them and made them feel at home and that their items will not have to cook in the Arizona heat. Lynn is literally Wonder Woman. She helped us downsize and save money in the process as we just moved to a new residence that will accommodate more of out items that were previously in storage. She went out of her way to find a cart for us so we didn’t have to lug everything on our backs even. I’m just wondering where she parks the invisible jet she comes to work in everyday. Thanks again Lynn for being so diligent and customer service oriented.

Have been there 4 times and carts are usually available and easy access to elevators for handicapped and disabled people. Staff not super friendly however but convenient location for us! Reasonably affordable!

I was recently laid off from my job as an air traffic controller, so I wasn't really paying attention when we packed up to move.
Apparently my autistic son had used several boxes of bandaids as opposed to packing tape-well, this didn't travel well. Thank God for Lynn! When she found me, my son and I were basically taped together trying to put our shipping boxes back to a usable state. Thinking quickly, Lynn was able to detangle us and also demonstrated the correct way to apply the tape. She was also very kind to my wife who was just staring at the sun, weeping uncontrollably. This was NOT one of the finer moments for Karl Vonasch and family. Again, I can't say how helpful, and pleasant, and patient Lynn was throughout this hideous ordeal. She even gave us directions to a great restaurant and water park!
If I was running things over there, Lynn would be getting a raise!

This was my first time renting and i didn't know how to get in i ran into Niya and she helped me from that moment on!
My mother spoke with Taylor this afternoon regarding the last rental rate increase. My Mom (actual account holder) has been calling nonstop for the manager and she has never returned my mother's call, however after speaking with Taylor, she is trying to work on the situation at hand that was presented to her. She stated that she would contact her before or around 2:30 pst to advise her if she can get the rental rate decrease approved. She has been more helpful to my mom then the actual manager of the location and thats says alot about who they hire. (Sometimes it's needed for people to get another job and let others shine) Just letting Public Storage Know that Taylor is doing an excellent job and she should be replaced in that Managerial position and maybe the current manager needs to be brought back down to sales associate. I will keep you updated on the progress as soon as i get back a response from Taylor.

The office manager Lynn has been extremely kind and helpful. The facility is clean and climate controlled. I've compared prices to many other companies and public storage locations - this one was the best for price in comparison to size and proximity for what I need. Very happy overall.
The storage facility is new and clean. Lynn at the desk is very helpful and has great customer service. With that said , we now have 2 units there.

The units are clean, very well priced and the location is easy to access from the freeway. Lynn is an incredibly friendly and helpful person. Moving is stressful, and finding a place to store your extra stuff is sometimes even more stressful. Lynn is upbeat, cheerful and genuinely a nice person. Of all the different storage places I looked at, this Public Storage location is by far the best and Lynn had a huge part in making that the case.
