Christina was awesome! Very friendly, fast, and explained everything in detail.
They have awful customer service. They raise rates in a bait and switch type way. Each time I stop by to talk to them they are never there and they do not respond to voicemails.
We’ve experienced a nearly 50% increase in our storage unit rate within just three months. What started at $178/month went to $197, and now suddenly jumped to $290. Don’t be misled by their low introductory rates—it’s a bait-and-switch.
Getting in touch with the property manager or even using their online chat is next to impossible. When we did reach someone, we were told they could raise prices however much they wanted and that nothing could be done.
On top of that, the facility is outdated. The gate access through their app is unreliable, and many unit doors are partially blocked or hard to access due to barriers and size.
Not worth the hassle or the price.

Christina in the front office goes above and beyond to make sure clients at this location are taken care of! This place is a total SCAM ! Do not get sucked in with the low rates .. They will increase rates every 3 months. They don't even warn you before they do, it just shows up on the App. The manager is never around and doesn't return calls. Worst business I have ever dealt with. BAIT and SWITCH people...

Bait and switch. Total SCAM!!! The online rate will only be honored for a couple months, and then without notice, they will charge full price which is at least 50% higher. Horrible communication.
They don’t keep their hours. Can’t seem to find anyone in the office no matter what time of day. We’ve called and left messages and they don’t return calls. They will charge extra fees randomly and then impossible to get help on.

Christina happened to be passing by and jumped straight into action. If it wasn't for her I would have probably lost my temper and broke something but her cool head and know how saved me time and money. I feel obligated to say I'm not the kind of person that gives reviews but I just so happed to hear how she helped one of my team members out again just the other day when I sent her to storage to put some stuff away and unfortunately gave I gave her the wrong storage number. Very positive experience here! The on-site manager is awesome and always very helpful! When small leaks occurred during a weekend long rain, she was all over the place trying to ensure the actual units stayed dry and entry ways were cleared as much as possible to prevent slipping. Whenever I have questions about storage options, billing, or anything else, she is always helpful and willing to the extra mile.
