Air conditioned, clean and everyone is always friendly. I have had too many things ruined in non air conditioned storage so if you are storing wood furniture or anything heat sensitive in this valley, us one of these!

Besides the great rate I got on my unit, the only reason I chose to stay here is due to the great customer service! Other places are much easier to access and the big downfall is not having lighting in my unit. I will continue to stay as long as my rate is reasonable, because I know I will not find customer service like this anywhere else.

I had my storage space for over a decade and although I was one of the "set it and forget it" renters who rarely visited my storage; the level of care, service and ease of use made my time woth it. The staff were super friendly and helpful, easy user friendly app interface and access to my unit. Furthermore I really liked the climate controlled warehouse especially for my personal record collection and sensitive paperwork and art supplies. The facilities were always clean and actively being cleaned and monitored each visit. Thank you so much and would highly recommend Public Storage. Keep in mind, it may be a bit higher in price for some but the quality is worth the cost.

Great service
Today was my first day renting a storage unit with Public Storage online. A friend gave me a lock and key to use from when she previously had a storage unit there so I needed to get a refund for that charge. I also had an issue where I declined the insurance coverage and then was charged a small fee right afterwards. Long story short, I spoke with Debbie and she was GREAT to work with. She went out of her way to help me resolve my issues and make the process go smoothly. Great customer service!

Very easy to rent a unit online. Debbie and Anthony have been very helpful in the office with questions and are very pleasant and nice. Unit is as expected, clean and easy to unload with available carts. Highly recommend if you need some extra storage space!

The manager was very helpful. I was not aware that you can make a payment at any location. I had stopped by to see if there was a way to pay my bill even though my location is in Texas. Anthony helped me through the process and was able to find my account.

We rented a Public Storage that was a litter farther the other storage units. At our location on Val Vista Jessica the on-site manager is simply amazing. She bend over backwards to help us get the size unit we needed. We cannot say enough good things about her and her willingness to help people who store here. In fact a storage facility closer to us and somewhat less money was not an option after the attitude and service by Jessica. Where everyone is scrambling to attract good help nowadays it is refreshing to see people who still care about service.
When I visited Public Storage, I received great customer service! I didn’t even realize that it was closing time and I walked right into the office, but associate Stephen helped me answer my questions anyways! I really appreciated the help I received. Plus, the app is very helpful and easy to use - I definitely recommend here if you need a storage unit.

The app is amazing, being able to open the gate and the door to our building is absolutely the best. The staff is very friendly and polite, it's clean and convenient and a decent price. We just got our unit but so far I'm pleased. My only concern is that we have been told they do rate increases...I've had a storage unit in OK at a smaller facility for 4 years and they have never raised my rates.
