DANGER - Completely unstaffed!! There's no staff that work here. From 2pm until 7pm not a single staff member was on site. At least 2 dozen customers were waiting for the staff to show up but they never did. There's no security without any staff present.

The facility is great. Clean and well kept, plenty of space, fairly reasonable deals. But the entrance is the worst I’ve ever experienced! It sure how they arrived at a curved driveway which is impossible to easily back into but it’s the only problem I have with this PS. Heaven forbid you have a large moving truck to back into 🤣

Joanne was so helpful on our move in day!! We had reserved two units and had to wait for our delivery trucks to arrive so was coming in blind! The customer service in the morning was so helpful! Joanne onsite was the most patient with me and answered all of my silly questions ( and let me stay in the AC while movers unloaded!)
My only constructive comment is for the access- a little challenging for larger trucks- just plan ahead!

Great experience! I reserved a unit online and then went to look at it the next day. Rose greeted me at this location and gave me the tour. She was super nice and helpful. I came back later that day and rented a unit. It's a brand new building so it is really clean. I think the second load in area on Chandler Blvd, should also be two lanes wide like the front load in area. They also could have made more parking spaces. How come they didn't ask me before they built this location? J/K I'm sure it was cost savings. Great price too. At the time of this review a 10x30 is $139/mo.
