I reserved a unit online, paid the move-in charges (including the admin fee), and arrived to start my rental, but the access code I was provided did not work. I had my car fully loaded with my belongings and could not move anything in, so I ended up having to keep everything in my car overnight because I had no storage access.
I tried to fix the issue immediately. I called the customer service line, but the phone system repeatedly routed me back into the same menu options that did not resolve anything. I then called the property/location manager directly and was routed to voicemail and told I would receive a callback the next day (no same-day assistance).
When I called again to cancel and request a refund (since I never entered the facility and never used a unit), I was told the admin fee could not be waived/refunded. On a later call, I was also told they don’t even see my unit/reservation in their system for that location, and I was asked to pay again to get a unit.
From a customer standpoint, the outcome was: paid fees, no access, no same-day help, and then being asked to pay again despite the reservation not showing in the system. I’m documenting everything in writing and disputing the charge. I would not recommend this to anyone who needs storage on a specific day and expects the reservation/access to work.
Needed to store vehicle and other items. Was told to just go online and reserve unit outside that I needed. Reserved unit online and was given unit inside that did not work for what I needed. Was sent to other location for other unit that turned out to be too small. Went back to original location to cancel and facility was closed during business hours. Called customer service and had to deal with machine. Finally got through to a person and the call dropped. Had to call again and results was they said there was administrative and other fees that they could not return. Basically this company cost me time and money and still no storage unit.

No help, im a single mom with 2 little kids and I take care of my mother and these people are ripping me off and not helpful. Long story short go elsewhere. There are some staff that are friendlier than others. Some could careless about your business

If you can go somewhere else I would recommend it! From all of the positive reviews I just knew I would be amazing! In fact the complete opposite. Most of the times the elevators didn’t work or you would be waiting forever. Let’s not mention the lady in the front office with tattoos always had an attitude idc what day it was or if it was me or another customer. Hands down has the attitude like she’s just there for the check and don’t bother her. I hired a moving company to unload my storage and they called me to complain about the lady in the front office I told him don’t worry her attitude isn’t anything new!
Pro - locations and was clean
Cons - worker attitude, elevators half way work or take forever, cheap loading carts - be careful u will break you stuff if not paying attention or just being a dolly & the driveway/loading area ! If u have a large truck good luck

The facility is great. Clean and well kept, plenty of space, fairly reasonable deals. But the entrance is the worst I’ve ever experienced! It sure how they arrived at a curved driveway which is impossible to easily back into but it’s the only problem I have with this PS. Heaven forbid you have a large moving truck to back into 🤣

Joanne onsite was the most patient with me and answered all of my silly questions ( and let me stay in the AC while movers unloaded!)
My only constructive comment is for the access- a little challenging for larger trucks- just plan ahead!

Great experience! I reserved a unit online and then went to look at it the next day. Rose greeted me at this location and gave me the tour. She was super nice and helpful. I came back later that day and rented a unit. It's a brand new building so it is really clean. I think the second load in area on Chandler Blvd, should also be two lanes wide like the front load in area. They also could have made more parking spaces. How come they didn't ask me before they built this location? J/K I'm sure it was cost savings. Great price too. At the time of this review a 10x30 is $139/mo.
