I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the entire experience was with Public Storage. The online process was smooth and straightforward. Everything ready for me when I arrived, though I was a tad confused about gaining access to the unit itself.
When I did need help, the staff were fantastic: friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful in a way that made the whole process feel effortless. The units themselves were clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the pricing was very fair.

Absolute horrible. They jacked my rent up over $40.00 a month. Tried to talk to them and got no where due to their lack of communication. Beware going here. Shop around

Clean facility, but my rent more than doubled after only being there four months. Also when trying to get in touch with someone at this facility the only times they are available to return calls are between 10-12.
