Very nice property and helpful staff
Tara and Clint were awesome to work with at this location. Tara went above and beyond to help us get the exact unit we needed. It needed to be a level ground unit so we could get the mower and some other items in easily. Tara walked the property with us and made sure to get us into the ideal unit at the sale price by the day we needed it. Def recommend working with them. Thanks y'all!

The staff at this location were helpful.and friendly. The floors and the ground of the units were well managed to create a safe environment. The actual location were well chosen as it is a short distance from major business. . The rates for rental were very agreeable for my needs. I continue to be pleased with this location plus it's convenient to me. Customer service and property continue to stay great. Location continues to meet my storage needs. The rental rates remain consistent over time. Customer service at this location is still excellent at that well managed and maintained location. Location continues to be customer friendly, safe location that is conviently placed for me. Clean parking areas are always a good sign of a maintained location. I continue to be extremely satistified with this location and its amenities. All is as said above with no issues. This location continues to provide for my needs. Customer service continues to be a plus. This is a great location.

This review is for Ms Vivian a/k/a Irene. This is in regards to my husband Daniel Cook’s rentals. Since corporate could not or would not get their accounting right and inundated me with emails stating we owed for 2 units for the current month even though we moved out on Easter Sunday and left clean units, Ms Irene took her time and patience to fix the problem. Her customer service was above and beyond. I would recommend corporate employee more people like Irene so that these problems hopefully do not happen in the future. If it had not been for Ms Irene I would not have had a good experience. Corporate needs to take note! Five stars for Ms Irene!!

Earlier today, I visited the Public Storage on 5010 Moffett Road in Mobile. I worked with Nyrie to get a temperature controlled unit. I have been trying to get one for a while, and I am extremely happy that I was able to do so today. Nyrie went above and beyond by helping me to get my new unit and my old units placed on the same auto-pay schedule using the same credit card. This will definely make my accounting easier. In this world where quality customer service appears to be a a thing of the past, Nyrie's customer first approach to interacting with the public is Top Flight.
