Location had clean parking spaces and units. It was comviently located to where I lived. It also is close to local taco bell and kfc restaurants. On top of this location offers a variety of options to store your items. The staff explain clearly and transparently how everything works to make things easier. This location has many pluses.

Kristie made my life so much easier with the help she provided me when I was out of town and needed to get a unit to put my furniture in that I was bringing back. I got back late in the evening after office hours but I did not have a single problem getting in and getting into my unit. It didn’t matter what my question was or how many times I called her to get confirmation or ask any questions, she was always there to answer all of them and put any of my worries to rest by assuring me everything would be ready for me when I got there with the moving truck so I was able to get it back to the truck rental place on time and not have to rent it for another day and make a second trip. Nyrie was excellent. when we arrived at the storage, there was an issue with our storage unit where an also new customer had moved into our unit instead of the one they were supposed to move into. She quickly resolved the issue. She allowed us to start moving in while she re-did the paperwork so we wouldn’t have to wait. This was a very quickly and pleasant process.
