hey, my search for a public storage places over now that I met Katrina and spoke to her on the phone. She was super helpful and got me all fixed up quickly and professionally.. she got me all set up in a friendly kind of family atmosphere personal approach and now I may be even getting a bigger unit because I’m kinda excited about the whole operation and how it works with the apps on the phone and a clean air conditioned operation. Whoever hired Katrina for the job made a great selection. She takes care of customers the way they should be. It makes them feel at home. What an asset to the company.

An elevator is always broken, It’s is HOT no A/C at all. While moving out of my unit today a women took it upon herself to move my items from in front of the doors because “holding the doors open can break them” and advised that I entered in the code every single time to unlock the doors which is just overall very inconvenient. Me and my crew were already struggling using the only elevator available while 3 other families were moving stuff in/out.
Moving is stressful. My little card board box that was in front of the door was not only helpful to me but all the other families as well. Please, don’t make it harder than it already is.
Nicole was very friendly & willing to help me with my request to upgrade to a larger unit. She has a Great personality & is very knowledgeable in the work she does.

Every time I come here to my storage unit I swear something is broken, out of Order, or messed up. I came today. Can’t get in the door due to it being stuck/cracked open. Can’t get anyone on the phone except customer service for all of the public storage facilities. She was rude. Saying I needed an appointment. Makes no sense. If you’re gonna go up on price at least make sure everything is 10/10. Very frustrating when you can’t get into your storage unit.

Moved in to a space this weekend. Upon arrival, quickly realized the space reserved would not accommodate what needed to be stored. I went in to the office and spoke with Whitney. Highly Lack of: consistency, security, equipment, and lighting. You have our family bring flashlights. We plan to cancel asap, bc you never have a dolly AND we're left vulnerable in a dark empty, unsecured space. Oh, found a gross roach in our area 600 spot;the weird spot with stairs?!?!? Please get pest control,and LIGHTS, DOLLYs. I had someone follow me to my car and help unload due to the need of a dolly. Ridiculous!!
