I arrived at the location. I was not sure where my unit was. However, Van met me with a smile and walked me through the facility and explained how to get in and out and took me to my unit. He was very knowledgeable and very kind, and he made sure that I had the information needed to contact the location in the event that I ever have to.
This company sucks so much. They barely maintain their properties and yet my rent has more than double with their price hikes. It’s a horrible place to have your belongings stuck. Don’t use them. There are tons of places that are cheaper and don’t take advantage of their customers every chance they get. You even have to purchase a lock from them. What a horrible insecure place. And lord help you if you need to talk to someone on-site, every time I show up during business hours no one is here.
We needed ASAP storage for a move. Madisyn at the office of the public storage on 2nd Ave N was so accommodating and helpful when we had trouble fitting our canoe in a unit and needed to troubleshoot. She walked all over with us, allowing us to peek inside different vacant unit sizes to see what might suit our needs. She was polite and professional. Thank you, Madisyn!!
