I came in to inquire about a space and was blown away by the service I received from Omesha. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service. Van and Omesha made me feel so welcome. I did not feel as a stranger. Answered all my questions and ask if I had questions. The place was immaculate clean! I know it is new, but its upkeep is very good. Located in a nice area and I will feel safe when I need to go to my storage.

Updated review: I reached out this morning to customer service again and spoke to about 3-4 people, all of whom were patient and lovely in assisting me today. The district manager herself called and clarified yesterday's mishap, and made accomodations. Stellar communication across the board today and relief for a stressful situation.
