Awful experience. I am a unit renter who has paid by AutoPay since starting my rental earlier this year. This facility apparently mistakenly got my unit confused with another renter's and cut my lock off, leaving my things unprotected. After I discovered that, the staff have changed my lock without first making sure I have an access key. I just stopped by tonight to put some things in my unit that need to be stored and am locked out of my own unit that I'm paying for. Totally unacceptable and defeats the entire purpose of renting an off site unit. Also cannot get a customer service rep on the phone to get access. It is infuriating that no one contacted me before cutting my lock off or before putting a new lock on before getting me a key.

Updated review: I reached out this morning to customer service again and spoke to about 3-4 people, all of whom were patient and lovely in assisting me today. The district manager herself called and clarified yesterday's mishap, and made accomodations. Stellar communication across the board today and relief for a stressful situation.

Can is a member at public storage on tedeski drive and he is amazing to speak with and very helpful when it comes to my storage unit! Great company!

This location was convenient and not overly priced as some of the other locations. Van was AWESOME! He explained everything throughly and was very nice. He even gave me options to pick from
I had a great experience at Public Storage. Omesha was very helpful and patient. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the policy and insurance. She answered everyone of my questions. She made the process easy. She was the only one working at the time but she handled it well. I definitely will recommend this location Tedescki Dr.
