My garage unit size is perfect for my needs and my indoor unit had a nice temperature and the area was always clean. I had an outstanding experience renting with Public Storage! The online rental process was incredibly easy and convenient, making move-in a breeze. The rates were very affordable compared to other options in the area, and I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the facility was.
The only minor challenge I encountered was getting used to the gate system—it took me a couple of tries—but once I figured it out, everything worked smoothly.

I made an online reservation the night before and the process was simple and easy. It was a great promotion. I came into the office and was greeted by a friendly Public Storage Manager, Pam. She was kindly helping a few customers and she welcomed me to help me next. I had realized that there was a closer Public Storage so I asked Pam if I could possibly transfer to the other location. She was very understanding and helpful about my situation. She explained the process clearly on what she would do by calling the other store to let them know I would like to transfer and informed me about the fees. She researched the specials. I was surprised she was so accommodating with me transferring. She was very pleasant to work with. In the end, she helped me get the best deal at the Flamingo location on the first floor with the $1 first month promotion. I look forward to being a Public Storage customer at this location, with thanks to the wonderful Pam! She really seems like she manages the property and environment very well too. I am very grateful because storage situations can be stressful but she made it so much better! Thank you! :)

I came in just to check out my unit before I brought over my stuff from apartment. And the manager was so helpful with helping me open the door! (Because I'm a little slow, Lol) Then i ask her if she can get me a larger space outside and she not only got me a larger space, she gave me the best price possible that left me smiling. All I have to say is Pam is awesome she has gone above and beyond every time I needed help with anything at this facility, wish all locations had someone like her working there definitely check this place out very secure and super helpful. Location is kept very clean and restrooms are also. But I cannot say enough good things about the front desk manager pam give this lady a raise👍
PAM IS INCREDIBLE!!!! We made the move from out of state and were worried the unit we reserved would be too small and she assisted us in getting everything fixed immediately. I've never received such polite and fast customer service in a storage facility before. 10/10 recommend doing business with this team!!

Wow! I called two other storage places to get help with info on a unit and how it worked and this was the first one that was actually helpful. My husband and I are needing a large unit because we are moving and Pam was so nice and patient with my million questions. She gave me all the info I was asking for and she was kind. She helped me feel like my belongings would be in safe hands. It's very hard to find kind and helpful service lately, THANK YOU!!!

By far this was the cleanest storage facility I have ever been too. The manager was kind, courteous, and didn’t make us feel rushed. He greeted every customer he saw on the way to show us the space.
