Super convenient to store a bunch of stuff.
I was moving from New Mexico to Ann Arbor, did not had my apartment ready before moving, and had to stay in a hotel for the first two weeks. I stored my baggage in this Public Storage. Super easy to set up your account. I rented the smallest one for one month. Had no problem closing the account after 20 days. Read their pricing policy carefully, that might be confusing for some.

I had a good experience for years, i thought. When it came time to clear out, I can't get ahold of anyone. I put my cancel date in September 2023. Kept charging me. I tried calling, emailing, and going in person. Nothing. No one. I am very annoyed that it took my debit card expiring for them to lose my account and say it doesn't exist. And how much do i owe now??? Don't know! Because I never get answered. Though the property manager was very helpful when I was still storing there, so I am giving 2 extra stars for him.

Rented a unit here for 14 months. In that time they raised the rent twice (+$120 total, a 38% increase!). I found a larger space for $150/month less. In addition the facility is poorly maintained and customer service is non-existent. Not worth the premium for me to have storage in Ann Arbor.
