I was in the store yesterday and Chastity was such a pleasure to work with.
This was the first storage unit I ever rented!! I will never rent from these people! I was only there 1 week half! I got charge 58 dollars!! I got stuck there because of my lock being broke and was told my the girl Josie to stay till she figured out what to do....well she never called...so I couldn't leave!!! Tried to move me to another unit, I couldn't I'm allergic to the insulation in that storage unit then I'm still alive to move to a different storage unit on the other end of the hallway all by myself go to the hospital because I had overdone it because there's a mess on my lung with all that being said my mother came and got me and now I'm in a Tennessee I ended up having for everything I own a way because they had cockroaches and I didn't want to bring that back to my mother's in Tennessee on top of that when we going to have they give me back 5 bucks that's pretty messed up so no I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She helped me so much, in a week half I went from one storage unit because lock broke, to being told don't leave until I call you so I can move you to another unit....NEVER BEING CALLED (Josi) thanks which sucked all nite sucked and then told to move to another unit which had insulation hanging from the ceiling and I'm allergic to it, so I couldn't do, then told I had one day to move all my stuff to the other end of the hall BY MYSELF!! I ended up in hospital to being told day after getting out of hospital to move all my stuff out!!! So in 1 week half I moved in and moved to other end to moving out!!! NEVER AGAIN I OVER DID IT!! I HAVE DONE TO MUCH PAID FOR STORAGE JUST TO MOVE OUT!!! I RATE THIS PLACE AS 😞 AWFUL WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

When I arrived at this location I was surprised to see him there too. He was actually running two locations at the time and was helping an elder lady who needed a lot of needs. Great team player!! I will say I wish the facility offered more Dollie’s or flat carts for moving. It was VERY exhausting moving things to the very back without one. But overall services was great.
Valerie was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly in explaing all of the details of this rental experience for me. She made it absolutely painless.

Was quite happy but I’ve been in their facility less than 4 months and already my rent just increased a whopping 40% and not from an introductory rate, just a fat increase. As a matter of fact, I avoided introductory rate deals when I was shopping storage facilities to avoid this very scenario!
Here’s where they get you: section 2.2 of the agreement states “We may change your Monthly Rent, fees and charges, and any other terms of the Rental Agreement with 30 days’ notice to you”. Wow, 40%, I guess you really got me. I’ll have my things out of there asap, thank you.

I’m having the worst time with this location. Due to car issues I had to leave my car here for about 9 days. They charged me $272.76 on top of the $300.19 they charged me for a rental space. They advised if I called them on the exact day I moved my car a partial refund would be approved. I left a voicemail before 7am on the day I moved my car on the 9th day. No response. Called again two days later, no response, left a voicemail. I reached to their support line and they opened up an investigation, later that day I was charged an additional $64.77. This location has security cameras outside. No one called me back and no one removed the spot from my account. Not to mention, they’ve double charged me before that I’ve had to file a claim for from them. Not to mention their hours. 6am, no one was there around 8:15 when the car had to be left, no one was there 6:30 when I went to pick up my car. I picked this place due to location but I’ve since moved and it’s much cheaper to move my things to a place closer to me now that I have rented from before and have never had an experience like this before.
Went in to get some information on the storage. As I am shopping around. Valerie was a big help, knowledgeable and polite. Thank you!

I’m dissatisfied with this Public Storage. I’ve only been renting for four months, and they’ve already raised my rates by 25%—much sooner and steeper than my previous storage experience, where rates increased after a full year and by a smaller percentage.
Additionally, I’m paying more for less space. While my unit is listed as 10x10, the vertical space is significantly lower than what I’ve had before, meaning I’m getting much less value for my money.
On top of that, the facility is inconvenient to use. There is only one cart available per building, despite the fact that each building covers a large area on one floor. Most renters have to walk long distances, making moving items unnecessarily difficult.
With these issues combined—excessive rate hikes, reduced space, and poor accessibility—I’m now looking for better options. I wouldn’t recommend this Public Storage based on my experience.

Do not rent here their app does not work you cannot pay over the app or online you have to go in and you have to have either a card or a check and they refused to reverse any fees due to their app not working. Trying to rent here has been atrocious. The first 3 months they triple charged me and it took 3 months to get my money back as they continued to charge me and I still have not gotten all of my money back. On top of that when I signed up and started renting here they told me they would not up the rent within the first year and my rent has gone up three times this year. From my experience this place is a complete scam they will take your money and will not fix any errors on their end.

Go somewhere else. We moved our unit to this facility based on the price we were given and we were promised that rate for a good amount of time. The rate was raised significantly after just a couple of months and we just received another notice of a $68/month increase. Waste of time trying to talk to them about it too. Was told there was nothing they could do and it's just automatic in the system. The rate deduction request was denied by the system too... It's too bad because it's a nice facility and in a good location for us but can't deal with bait and switch and straight up dishonesty to get you in and then double the price....
This place is a scam! They just raised my rates over 30% after six months. I couldn’t find that mentioned anywhere when I signed up, after calling the location, the employee said it’s in the rental agreement “fine print”. Don’t use this place!!!

Very poorly managed. I called for 2 full days leaving messages and having to go through customer service to open a claim because no one answers the phone or works on site. It's a ghost town most of the week. Very frustrating when you do talk to the manager on sire because she's got terrible communication skills. Overall the worst storage facility I've been too. Rat dropping inside broken glass all over the parking lot definitely stay away if you can.
The most poorly managed storage facility I’ve ever experienced there is literally never anyone in the office so if you want to feel like your valuables are protected, don’t come here if there’s a fire, no one would know for hours I’m contacting public storage corporate to tell them the same thing. It is unsafe and extremely unprofessional how they run this facility.

Do NOT use this storage location. The property manager, Jessica, is extremely unprofessional and never does her job correctly, if at all… you’ll never be able to contact anyone because no matter if they are in the office or not, the doors are locked and the phones get forwarded. It’s supposed to be climate controlled (AC) but it’s NOT. You can’t even walk in the unit without dying of heat with no air flow.. my stuff was melted and ruined after no AC for weeks in the unit. I complained and pleaded and Jessica does not care to solve problems or take situations into consideration… instead, I’m getting charged $150 extra than I ever planned on. I was trying to get my stuff out but due to the heat I couldn’t, now I had to leave my stuff in there for another month (unplanned) and couldn’t afford, and now that the AC is finally somewhat fixed (or so they say), they are putting a new lock on my unit and charging $50 extra. Literally the worst customer service ever and units. Try a different location FOR SURE.

I wouldn't take advantage of their first month for free/ Half off or any type of deals. They raise the price of your original contract. They are supposed to notify you before they raise the price but they did not notify me and did not correct the email address that was given properly the even locked me out even though I was paid up. Do not take any of their advice they give you because they'll steer you wrong.. take out the insurance and read your contract.=SEEMS SOME MANAGERS SET UP PEOPLE FOR FAILURE SO BEWARE OF PUBLIC STORAGE. -ALTHOUGH I DID HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE =AT A LOCATION IN PASCO COUNTY US 19. RUN!!! As of 3/2/22 my storage cost was $181 . It is now 4/13/23 (just one year later) and it has gone up to $355!!! That is an increase of $174 in one year!!! Ugh! This is so stressful. That's an extra $2088 per year!!! I've had storage units in the past and never, ever, have I had this type of increase. I never would have chosen you had I known this was the case.
Nice and clean facility. There is only one cart to help bring or take out of your unit. This should be fixed with multiple carts.

UPDATED STARS: I was fairly promptly contacted about this issue and it was more than satisfactorily resolved. I am impressed with the customer service I received regarding this issue, and have changed my review from 1 to 4 stars.
Previously: Facility is clean and seems secure. However, after nearly a year, the app still does not work on the gate, but more importantly, they have upped the rent substantially about every 60-90 days! It's RIDICULOUS! I'm stuck there, but I can't believe how often they raise the rent for a small, empty space that takes virtually no maintenance.

Poor service, always rude thats when there is someone behind the desk because hours of operation doesn't mean someone is there. Any chance they get they trying to but a lein on your unit or late fees even if you a week late.
Nick has been wonderful, any issues I have or could have had he either fixed it or prevented it just by being honest.

If your planning on renting here, please consider the $25-$50 increase they apply every 6 months. We started out paying $100/mo in 2020, with the increase it’s now $200. Be sure to review how often they increase rent. Don’t get sucked in with a cheaper first month.
