Had an issue with my unit and the regional manager, Jeremy worked with me to get a different unit more suitable for my needs and went above my expectations to accommodate me. Good location and easy access in snd out. They have large pull charts always available inside each building which is very helpful.
We arrived to get our belongings out of a 2nd floor storage and found the elevator was broken. We are both elderly with multiple health issues and are unable to carry the bins down the stairs. We spoke to the site manager, Donny, who informed us they were waiting for parts.
He then went above and beyond to help us, getting a hand truck and loading it up with 5 large storage bins and lowering it down the stairs, 1 step at a time. That was no easy feat!
He was compassionate and wanted to insure that neither one of us got hurt. He went 1 step further and assisted us in finding the same size storage unit on the 1st floor. He never once complained and went out of his way to help us with several other paperwork issues. He is a real asset to your company! 😊

Alicia, the manager of my local Public storage at 7325 Davis Blvd, Naples, FL 34104 was very helpful. I would recommend her and that location to anyone needing more room.
Just switched storage units and Alicia made it seamless. She was able to answer any question that I had as well. Overall a great experience.
Diana and Jamie work at both locations and in Naples, FL. THey have been beyond helpful to me and with kindess.I live in Chicago and will soon come to get my things. I feel that they are keeping it safe

Jamie is amazing! We have a small storage unit located at this location for nearly two years! The facility is clean and Jamie has always answered any questions in a timely manner. She's efficient and has great customer service skills! Highly recommend Public Storage at this location!
Jami is one of the best managers I have ever experienced. With the storm and everything she was going through she had empathy towards what I was experiencing. I have been with this location for over 25 years, and experienced many managers. She deserves 5 stars and more.

The price of our unit doubled this past month. They did apologize for not catching it when we checked out. However, it is still a huge increase. I hope they compensate their employees for the increase in unit prices or else it’s more money not “trickling” down.
I stopped into this location for packing supplies. Jamie was so helpful in letting me know what I would need to pack up my apartment. She provided me great customer service and even let me know I can return boxes in case I don't end up using them all but better to be safe than sorry. Thank you Jamie for your help. I will recommend to stop and see Jamie to anyone who needs storage or supplies!

First off i would like to say that I personally do not store here but i was there a few days ago and there was a gentleman that was riding in the golf cart picking up trash around the property and seen my friend and myself struggling to load our truck and Gabriel stopped what he was doing and offered to help. This was not his job but he was such a great help. Im glad he was there that day because if it was not for him we would have lost an expensive appliance. He was very polite, Professional, and courteous. If anyone is looking for a place to store their belongings with great staff, This is the place to go ask for Gabriel or Jaime they are the absolute best. Jaime helped us with the vacating process and was very helpful as well as knowledgeable and kind. These two are definitely your power team for sure. Hope to seeing them in the near future the dynamic duo. Thank you all again.

I’ve been a customer for a year now and honestly this place is great. Anything you need is available in the office and there are dollies provided. If there’s ever any questions Randy can definitely help you get them answered. Plus I’m in love with great customer care service so it’s a big win. Prices are not bad at all either.
