Preface: I haven't reviewed a storage facility before, so please beware your experience may differ.
The unit was clean when I arrived, the lock left as described and the move in was easy, the automated gates allowed easy access for the moving company I had utilized (though the paved roads were a little narrow for the giant truck, but that was not too big of an issue as the main roads allowed for wider turns).
The unit has since served it's purpose and I have moved out, I received a confirmation call from one of the employees informing me that post inspect, the account will be closed. Short, sweet and to the point.
The staff is extremely friendly and very responsive which was a plus for me. All in all, no complaints.
Public Storage offers quality protection for personal values. Keyless access is a fantastic perk. The staff is always available to help during business hours. Stephanie and her staff are professional, and the units are affordable.
