Very good location. The downside is that there is no full-time person at the location. I was told the attendant is only available in the morning. Maybe it is just cost-cutting measures for Public Storage. Having said that, the facility is in a safe location.

This is for the New Manager- Can you pl help customers by putting out Notice when you will be back in the office. Keep coming several times and the office is closed. There isn't any notice provided on the door whicb is causing inconvenience. Tried reaching put on the phone number provided on the doo. Hopefully this can be resolved soon...

I have been using storage units since I sold my 5 bedroom home awhile back. Since then, I've used several different places, but no one has compared to Monika, the manager over at the Coppell location. I had explained to her that I was in a 50 ft unit elsewhere and could no longer afford it. I had decided to get a unit closer to me and one that was AFFORDABLE. I was tired of some of these others raising their fees repeatedly and making us all move yet again. Monika was understanding and helped me find the right size for the right price. She has been genuinely caring, warm and compassionate, and extremely helpful to my situation. She offered a lot of valuable insight and is very knowledgeable. She knows her job well and is excellent when it comes to customer service. Monika goes out of her way to find the right unit for us. I may have to even get another unit there, but knowing that Monika is there, I feel good about it. I can tell that she works really hard to solve any problem as she answered all my questions and returned all my phone calls. The property looks very clean, so I don't understand why other posts have made comments about a rat problem? I haven't seen any nor have I had any problems in my unit for first month there. Maybe it has been permanently taken care of by the owners, but either way, I plan to check on my unit weekly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience all thanks to Monika. Btw, I love the phone app to access the gate! Nice touch!
Monika is very nice and knowledgeable. She made the check in and out process easy. The only downside is that insects have easy access. When cleaning out the storage, I noticed dirt in the back leading outside (maybe concrete)

I've stored my belongings at this facility for 6yrs now not to happy about the rising increases over the years went from $70 to now $268. The staff have always been helpful. My name is Ron and i have been a customer since summer 2023. Access to the property and my unit was very good. What made my experience great was the property manager Monika. My first encounter with Monika was a couple of weeks ago when she rode by my unit in cart and complimented me on our neat and organized my unit was. I recently met Monika again to discuss a recent rent hike and Monika advised me on my options. My last contact was with Monika today during my cancellation and i am sadden i will not see Monika again. Monika is a wonderful and warm human being, down to earth, with great interpersonal skills and Public Storage should use Monika as their prototype for promoting their product. Monika is always very helpful. She keeps the property in excellent condition, got the gate fixed quickly when it stopped working, sweeps and mops units before being rented. I have rented a unit there for several years very happy.

This review is a shoutout to the Manager Tee. She was amazing, friendly and provided wonderful customer service to us. Over the last weeks, we have used three different storage units, ranging from their smallest option, the 5x5 to their 15x20 option. She has been nothing but helpful in assisting us with our move in and move out from each unit based on our fluctuating storage needs. It was my first Public storage experience and I have to say that this location gave me nothing but positive vibes. Tee is gem and should be valued and appreciated for the care and standards she has for her customers and others.
