Davey’s been a huge help to me always kind and quick to help whenever I’ve got questions. Really appreciate it.

I do not rent at Sheila's location, but I felt compelled to leave this review because of how incredible she was. I currently rent a unit with Public Storage in Virginia, and unfortunately, I've had a very hard time reaching anyone at my location. I've never seen a staff member there, and getting someone on the phone for help has been nearly impossible. As a first-time Public Storage renter, this has been frustrating and stressful. Even though I'm not a renter at Sheila's property, she went completely out of her way to help me. She stayed calm while I explained my situation, listened with patience and understanding, and did everything she could to guide me in the right direction. She even provided me with phone numbers for other locations where I could reach a live person to help resolve my issue. That level of care and professionalism speaks volumes about her character. I truly wish she were my property manager, that says everything. Sheila went above and beyond for someone who isn't even her customer, and that kind of integrity is rare. If I could give her 1,000 stars, I absolutely would - she deserves every single one of them. Public Storage is fortunate to have her. This is what high quality customer service should be like! I have been a longtime customer of Public Storage. When I come in to see Sheila or Davey both are very nice and professional and up to date on pricing, etc. Both keep me informed and up to date on changes. The storage area is always clean outside and safe. It's always nice doing business with these 2 Public Storage employee. Thanks.

I went to public storage for my first visit on Wednesday, Jan 14. The internet was down so I could not access the front gate, but the very helpful attendant talked me through the issues and helped me get started

I got a storage unit for the summer and it was such an easy process! I did everything online, but I’m sure it’s just as easy to call and get help with the process over the phone. Would definitely recommend, especially if you just need a temporary storage solution.

These guys are great- they have been super helpful. We have had a lot of deliveries and in and out here and they have always been super informative and helped us get things taken care of. Also love using the app to work the gate- that is neat too!

I can’t say enough good things about the Public Storage in Charlottesville! I moved here from Alabama and my apartment wasn’t quite ready for me to move in so I had to find somewhere to store my stuff. I needed a short term lease, and I’m glad I found Public Storage. The entire process has been seamless and superb customer service has been provided. I was able to find a storage unit the same day I called the office and moved in right then and there. Then as we were done unloading the truck, my dad accidentally closed the tailgate door on the lock (which still had the key in it resulting in the key breaking in the lock). The front desk attendant was so nice in assisting me in getting a new lock. I’m so thankful for the courteous customer service that has been given to this out of towner! If you’re looking for a safe, reliable customer oriented place to store your stuff in Charlottesville, look no further than Public Storage.
