Absolutely, hands down, the worst possible experience EVER! Arrived to an office at 10 am. Sign said it was open without a sole in sight. Rang the bell and nothing. I waited outside for a few minutes with another client to no avail. I needed to go pick up my rental truck. I was hopeful that someone had just stepped out for a short while and if I came back someone would be in the office. I came beck to the storage location around 4pm. Advertised hours for he location are Sunday 6am to 9pm. I was provided a code to enter the location via text that did not work. After being let in by another person who was also there to pay for their unit, I walked around the back of the office and found a young man who told me he was an employee. I explained my situation and he told me it was his day off and he would call me in the morning. I'm still waiting for that call. Since I had no other option I had to leave the public storage and go home leaving everything on the rental truck overnight. I have to pay the two people that I hired to help me out for the day, I had to pay extra for the ruck and lastly I had to find another unit to rent so I could off load the truck Monday morning. After all of this no one from the location has called or attempted to make any effort to correct the situation. But they did charge my card for the rental space that I have not taken used, that I have not been able to access and that I no longer need. I will be looking into how I can recover my losses. This situation is intolerable.

I was very dissatisfied with this location. The company raised my rate twice in one year by $100. That was very disappointing and oust basis I would not recommend the facility. However, the manager , Marcus, is an amazing young man. He is competent, professional and very service oriented. But for the rapid price increases I would have stated at the Backlick facility for no other reason than my confidence in Marcus.,

MR Gupta is very nice manager.
I have rented one of their standard 10x10 storage units on the second floor for a few years now. I was notified that my rent will increase to about $346 on August first. After speaking with one of the representatives they told me the standard rate is about $220 for a second floor 10x10 unit. I was told my rent could not be reduced anywhere close to that.
The longer you use this company the more they will rip you off, I don't recommend long term storage here. Leave before the price hikes happen.

Mr. Gupta helped us move in very easily, we appreciate him helping us move units and getting us the supplies we need to make our move. The whole process online and in-store was very easy and smooth. I recommend this storage space because of the great customer service.
For more than three months the elevator in the first building has been out of service, it's incredible how they raise the price, but you don't get back what you pay for. And they don't give you a reason for when it will be in service again, yes the staff is very nice, but I am the one who must be going up stairs with heavy things and taking them down too, I hope this will be fixed soon and I will gladly change my score.

Went to this location in the blind and afraid (never used a storage place before). I walked in with alot of questions the service rep Marcus answered every question and more. He made the process very easy for me. I definitely will recommend this location the price is definitely reasonable and Marcus was a big help.
Tommie and the on-site manager were great. I love running into professionals that know what they are doing. A lady was there in front of me with a special situation where she was paying late fees. I observed Tommie give her advice. It was upfront, kind, and clear.

I suppose to get a storage at different location. But the lady worker who is not use to pick up the phone or show up. Ran over here and met my best one ever. His name Marcus, very nice and kindly answered all of my questions, detail and very nice attitude (my first time at storage). He made it quick but no rush and I’d feel so comfortable after I had few tired days moving stuff. I didn’t get the $1 promotions but I’m still happy for my purchased. A room wall will need to be fix a little bit. But their rooms are and hallways are clean and breathable. I love it.
Ps/ one more thing that’s I like about him. He is working like a clocking. Be right back few minutes before his break. Absolutely recommend to anyone this location.
