I’m giving 5 stars because the new property manager Mr. Marcus is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Marcus is easy to deal with, pleasant and responsive to concerns. The storage space itself is clean and located in a safe area. One concern is some repairs are required to certain doors leading to the interior hallways on the property. Also, if there is any way rent prices can stabilize to some degree, it’ll help keep your customers loyal. Thank you.
These guys Kevin and Tim at Lexington Blvd site explained everything that I needed to know about renting a unit there ....they were very professional and informative and the Storage Unit was very clean as well...
Very difficult to get hold of a live person at the corporate office or the property manager. Would have preferred a location with an on site manager.
This place is the worst. They raise the rent every other month and then try to get an extra month of rent out of you after you move out. I would avoid Public Storage at all costs.
Clean and well kept! Plus your staff (Joyce) is on top of it! I have valuable items stored and feel confident she vets the goofballs who may cause problems.

We have used a variety of storage facilities over the years and this one is always at the top. It provides clean, dry, pest free units. Joyce is a dear, always polite and extremely helpful.

This is my second time at this facility in 12 years. It has been well mantained in that time and systems have been upgraded in that time which is unusual these days. I needed a place quickly and in under 15 minutes I reserved my space on line and had gate access and unit number texted to me before 9am next business day. Very smooth. The same manager i had 12 years ago is still here today. She is very pleasant to deal with and knows her business. In a world that seems to be falling to pieces elsewhere in the realm of quality this location is holding steady. Thank you.
