I recently acquired another space with public storage. This place and staff are assume. They ( both Ashley's) actually take time to figure out what's best for your needs. The unit was clean, clear and ready for use. I have a climate control unit as well as a outside drive up unit. Both unit are maintained. I would recommend for ur storage needs give them 1st shot.
Ashleigh and Ashley provided service that exceeding my expectations for a storage facility. I had forgotten about my appointment for a tour the day of but, they still worked with my forgetfulness and worked my in for a tour of the facility on the same day. The service I was provided was,
1.) A phone call after setting up my online application
2.) A reservation to have a tour of the facility
3.) A full in depth explanation of how to use the facility and how payments work
4.) As well as being willing to answer all my questions with kindness
I would highly recommend renting here because the people are on top of thier responsibility for this facility. I had no feelings of carelessness when it came to the service that is being provided to me.

It's a great facility always clean and well kept. It's not 24 hour access unfortunately 6am-9pm daily and no trash can to toss trash in before you leave

The new Public Storage in Sherman is open and beautiful. Working to help the rents get some stuff out of the house and needed supplies. Dad wasn’t sure they were open, but we saw a car at the office and stopped in to check. The facility was clean and well stocked until after we bought all her supplies - LOL. The new manager was so helpful and kept my father busy discussing her move from the Metroplex and how awesome Sherman is in her transition. We will be back. If you need a well run storage facility or just some tape, don’t hesitate to stop at this new PS.
