This is a fantastic, clean, newer facility. I very much appreciated Jasmine who was working the office when we moved in. She came and greeted us in the facility as we were looking for our unit. Upon realizing there is no elevator in the building (which was our fault for not checking when making the reservation online), Jasmine was efficiently and kindly able to assist me with changing our unit to a downstairs unit, and walked me all the way through the facility to find it. We ended up needing more space than we thought, and Jasmine was able to transfer us to a bigger unit with a smile on her face and without missing a beat. Thank you so much Jasmine!

I am extremely pleased with Public Storage. I can come and go with ease, the facility is always clean and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend if you need a storage unit!

Tarryn was absolutely so helpful to me during a very difficult move.I had initially reserved a 5x10 storage space however when I arrived and opened the door I realized the space was entirely too small. He was very accommodating to find a larger space for me in addition to answering all my questions as I had never rented a storage space prior to this. Each time I've needed to return to the facility Tarryn has been very helpful and friendly. He is a wonderful asset to your company

Update 6/26 - changing to one star have had many problems with a woman up front not sure of her name giving attitude when we go in just to use the bathroom and speaking down to my guys in general (we use a unit as a storage for business)
Update 7/12 - was contacted by site manager and he definitely helped take care of my issues and believe if I have any more, I can contact him again.

Christine at the public storage on 738 W Loop 1604 N San Antonio, TX 78251 Location. She was very kind, I alerted her of an issue that caused damage to my tire, she listened to all my concerns, immediately took care of it, gave me incentive to stay longer. it worked! now Because of her I will actually keep my storage much longer than I was originally going to.
