A multi-story storage facility without an elevator? Deceitful move-in process where fees aren’t revealed until the end. ExtraSpace off Potranco is a much better option.

Tarryn was absolutely so helpful to me during a very difficult move.I had initially reserved a 5x10 storage space however when I arrived and opened the door I realized the space was entirely too small. He was very accommodating to find a larger space for me in addition to answering all my questions as I had never rented a storage space prior to this. Each time I've needed to return to the facility Tarryn has been very helpful and friendly. He is a wonderful asset to your company

Update 6/26 - changing to one star have had many problems with a woman up front not sure of her name giving attitude when we go in just to use the bathroom and speaking down to my guys in general (we use a unit as a storage for business)
Update 7/12 - was contacted by site manager and he definitely helped take care of my issues and believe if I have any more, I can contact him again.

It's nice and clean the app works well with opening the doors. I didn't like how there really is no signs for inside unit locations and no map available on the app. The office was closed and it was impossible to get ahold of someone over the phone I just walked around till I found it They did give an option to tour before move in but that was not possible in my case. They did provide a little cart that was nice since my storage was soo far in!
I booked one by a door or elevator and realized it was changed without a notification. The women did say it is now 50 dollars instead of 53 over the phone check in but she never said why she just said she had to let me know? I think that may have been why I would have canceled but I already had all my stuff there in a uhaul didn't have time for all that.

Great location less traffic and Ms.chris is way more attractive than Curtis at the other potranco location. Both locations are amazing 6 out of 5 stars for how clean and professional everyone is.

She was very kind, I alerted her of an issue that caused damage to my tire, she listened to all my concerns, immediately took care of it, gave me incentive to stay longer. it worked! now Because of her I will actually keep my storage much longer than I was originally going to.
